* 1 bedroom with king bed and fresh, new, cotton bedding. This is a Loft-Style bedroom, where the walls do not touch the ceiling and there is no physical door.
* The leather couch turns into a queen sofa bed if needed.
* Full bathroom with a bathtub, custom-tile, rain shower, shampoo, bath wash and a hair dryer.
* Large Kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator with cold filtered water. You dine at the oversized bar: your eat-in kitchen.
* Full stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster, plenty of pots, as well as coffee, tea, basic spices and condiments.
* 1 designated covered parking spot: fully shaded to keep car cool.
* Full-size washer and dryer for which we gladly provide detergent. Iron+board for your convenience.
