  • We arrived early in the morning as our ship had come into port. We were let into our room which was very clean and cozy. We dropped our baggage and explored the city. Came back to a birthday party and soccer party being held on the premises. We had a lovely time there and the manager was very helpful. There was great restaurants and coffee shops on the street. Walked 5 blocks to the Metro and rode into downtown and rode the double decker bus to see the city. Most of the people spoke English so we had very little translation problems. It was a great location!!

  • Gail was an incredible host. She welcomed me on the first day I arrived, gave me a quick tour, and a little introduction on Montreal and places to visit. The place was within walking distance of the gay district.

  • The apartment is OK. The cleaning was not "very profound"... The shower specially... The neighbourhood is OK too, except that there's a lot of homeless people in the surroundings, so coming back by metro at night was not feeling very comfortable. The other hosts of the house where very friendly and the terrace is nice too.

  • I had a lovely trip to Montreal and Gail was a very kind and helpful host. My room was larger than my studio apartment and the bed was quite comfortable. The location was walking distance to the Papineau metro station and the Village. Can't beat the price either.

  • We stayed at Gail's apartment for 2 nights. The evening before our arrival, we writing messages to people why rent out rooms in Montreal. Gail was the first who answered and even though it was such a short notice everything worked out perfect. The apartment is literately "Airbnb" - rented out for Airbnb only, so you get to meet a lot of different people. It is great. Also, the location is very nice, central but not so central that everything around is overpriced. We went to times to the Portuguese restaurant in front of the apartment because the atmosphere is just so nice there.

  • I stayed in Montreal for only 9 days, but I spent an amazing time there thanks to Gail.

The apartment is very clean and well located (only 5 minutes walk to the Papineau Metro station)

Don't hesitate a second and choose it for your stay in Montreal.

  • The accommodations are nostalgic of hostel-like conditions, where multiple individuals share communal spaces together. Each room is private and my experiences of interaction with the other tenants was mostly in passing. Gail is friendly and warm-hearted. Her prompt response time and ability to act quickly helped make my stay as comfortable as possible. The lodging communal spaces are in style of a boarding home, so guests should expect an adventurous stay.
