This place is great. Spacious, comfortable and a perfect location for those wanting to walk and hang out in the Quarter or Frenchman. The Rampart streetcar is 2 blocks away making it easy to take a scenic streetcar ride all the way from the apartment to the garden district and uptown. Brick was one of the best hosts we've had. Off street parking was icing on the cake. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This truly is our home away from home in NOLA. Walkable to everything, fantastic hosts, and a comfortable home make this our must stay place whenever we're in town.

The area was very nice and we liked that it wasn't right in the FQ but still walkable to everything that we were interested in. We wandered over to the Marigny neighborhood for dinner and that was very pleasant. We did jump an Uber on occasion if it was getting late or we were just too far away (Audubon Zoo for instance). The house was nice. Loved the concrete floors. Furnishings were nice. Kitchen so-so but we cooked zero times. Just made coffee. Shower was ok: hot water and pressure both good though it was a little funky set up but New Orleans is an old city with old buildings and there are just things you'll have to deal with when you go. The bed was magnificent and the most important thing to me when I travel bc I'm not in doors that much. Probably should nix the feather pillows which made me sneeze and feel itchy. My goal when I travel is to come back to a quaint, comfortable, safe haven and this had it for the most part.

Brick and I love living in our historic home on the border of the French Quarter and the Faubourg Marigny. Although we've lived and travelled all over the globe, we will always come back to New is a huge interest to both of us and we prefer apartment visits to hotels to get more of a local experience. If you're a fan of the senses, then New Orleans won't disappoint, we have it all here. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful, neighborhood in America's most unique city. Bienvenue ! Chris
