The Beatrice has been tastefully decorated, and has stainless steel appliances, frost free refrigator with ice maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full size kitchen with self cleaning oven with range, stove, microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary equipment you need to cook a chef's meal. Rich european style beech wood cabinets and elegant ceramic tile floors and granite counter tops would make you feel like you are cooking for a Michelin Star Restaurant.
One queen size hotel quality beds and 400 count thread linens will provide a peaceful nights sleep, and when you wake up, you can brew a fresh pot of coffee in the morning and enjoy it on the balcony while seing the Hollywood Sign, or you can go to the Starbucks on the corner of the block.
One designated secure underground parking spots will make sure that your vehicle is also having a good night's rest while you are dreaming.

There is a bus for public transportation but I highly recommend a car. If not, you can always use a ride share like Uber or Lyft to get around.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed OR Smoking is allowed outside only.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. All guest at the property during rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
3. All Airbnb guest are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement with our company after booking through Airbnb.
4. Our checkin time is 4 pm and our check out time is 11 am. Early Check ins are $40.00 based on availability. Check outs after 2 pm are an additional nights stay. Late Check outs may be granted based on availability for a $40.00 fee (before 2 pm).
5. Pet friendly properties do require a pet deposit. This fee must be obtained prior to check in. Our pet fees for pet friendly properties are an $150.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) for up to two weeks. Stays longer than two weeks will be charged a $500.00 (REFUNDABLE UPON INSPECTION) deposit.
6. Our cleaning fees are a one time charge, unless additional cleaning (housekeeping) is purchased and cover your checkin/checkout cleaning. This fee can not be waived under any circumstances.

I stayed here with a colleague of mine for a conference at the LA Convention Center. I am very big into walking to places, and this apartment is located pretty close to many things. While downtown night life near the apartment is growing, it still seemed a little dead, but it was only a 8 block walk to LA Live and the Staples Center, 4 block walk to the nearest metro subway station, and even just 1 block to the nearest local eateries and a starbucks.
The security of the building, the courtyard, fitness center, and private parking that is available are fantastic for the price - especially compared to hotels in the downtown area. Did I mention the views?! From the balcony, you can see everything - the downtown skyline from a 6th street point of view, and the entire range of the San Gabriel Mountains - absolutely breathtaking (unless its smoggy).
The couch in the living room is also very clever, as it does turn into a double bed. The TV comes with a Roku box, which is very convenient and provides another option.
Overall - its a great location to stay - just far enough away from downtown if you 'wanted to get away' but also just close enough to immerse yourself into LA without having to drive.
We had an excellent time in the apartment,,everything was pristine and made out stay in LA enjoyable...only hiccup was a miscommunication with the keys at the beginning,,but other than that,,,all was excellent,,ande would go back for certain.
