You will have the whole place to yourself, but feel free to give me a call if you need anything at all! I know the city really well and love sharing things to do, amazing restaurants to try at affordable prices and little gems most New Yorkers don't know about!
If you stay here, you'll have complimentary access to a concierge service for restaurant, event and show bookings as well as a dedicated person to plan your trip and logistics here.
The apartment is minutes from Central Park and Times Square in the heart of one of the most exciting and beautiful neighborhoods in the world. You'll have immediate access to top attractions like the Rockefeller Plaza, 5th Avenue shopping, amazing cheap eats like Totto Ramen and Shake Shack or Michelin dining like Per Se and Le Bernardin is just steps away. With a great network of subways just around the corner, you'll get to the far ends of New York in no time. It takes less than 25 mins to take a direct train to get to the ferry to the Statue of Liberty, the furthest point in Manhattan!
My apartment is just 3 minutes from major subway stations in the area and is just 2 to 3 minutes to the A,C,E,B,D,1,N,R,Q trains - one of the most connected spots in the city. The airport shuttle buses run straight to Port Authority for $16 so it's very easy to get to and from all the 3 airports and that is a quick 3 min ride on the subway from there. There is a parking garage in the same building too.

This is an excellent apartment in a great location. It is a short walk to Central Park and Times Square, so a perfect tourist venue.
The apartment is nicely fitted out but if you are an older person you may find the very low bed to be an issue.
Ian was a responsive host. We had some minor issues and he was quick to respond and deal with them.
Ian answered all our questions promptly and graciously. The apartment is just as described. The high floor was wonderful for insulation from city noise. The location was perfect--close to MOMA, Central Park and easy subway access to the rest of the city. We look forward to staying here again! Only caveat we might have is that the bed is low to the floor and might be an issue for older guests.
Ian was very attentive and very well prepared for our late check-in due to unfortunate flight delays. The location is amazing if you're in town for Broadway or want to walk around Central Park or Times Square. If you want a local high-rise experience, do not hesitate to stay here!
Ian's appartment was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. We were met by Ian's housekeeper who told us everything we needed to know about the apartment. Ian was only a click of a message away too if we had any questions. The appartment itself is located perfectly...positioned walking distance to Broadway, Times Square, Central Park and much more
Ian's assistant Gladys responded to my call when I arrived in Newark and waiting for me despite the fact that I hadn't communicated well about the time of my arrival! Thanks Gladys!
We had a good time at Ian's apartment. Lots of restaurants, Central Park, and Times Square within walking distance. Ian was a responsive detailed host. Great view of the city!
The check-in was a bit late. Contacted Ian and his friends and they were very helpful. After that everything was great.
Great location and close to a few subway stations.
The apartment is as the pictures show and has everything you need.

About the Host, Ian
I grew up in Asia, went to college in the States and have been in New York for the past two years.
I've been to 42 countries so far and New York still remains one of my favorite places in the world. The breath and depth of experiences you get here is just amazing, it makes you feel alive. I love taking walks around neighborhoods and discovering little gems - coffee houses, tucked away gardens and the unique architecture of buildings past.
Some of my passions include reading about startups, photography, architecture, road biking, listening to classical music and traveling.
