Tim was an amazing host. We held our annual board meeting there. The place was perfect for our intention and Tim was incredibly responsive, accommodating and generous. Great back
Patio too! Highly recommend it.
Tim is a very sweet host. He prepared juices for us. Will stay again if I visit the same area next time.
My friends and I were visiting California for a wedding and choose to stay at Tim's listing. It was my first time using AirBnB and it was a great experience. The location was easy to get to, walking distance from a great couple of restaurants and a short drive from even more. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning for coffee. He had some leftover vegetables that he encouraged us to us and even offered for us to enjoy some of the fresh basil from his garden. It was a great experience an I would be happy to stay there again if I was ever in the area.
Tim was very cordial and thorough in his communication about this listing. It was a clean and comfortable home, just as he described. Among the accommodations, my traveling companions and I particularly appreciated three quiet bedrooms with queen-size beds. Tim's kitchen is also arranged for easy food preparation and clean up. We slept peacefully and enjoyed preparing some meals at Tim's place. He helped us have a very comfortable family visit!
We were totally delighted with our stay at Tim's place. He was a gracious and accommodating host. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for us. We were close enough to downtown San Carlos to walk to Starbucks or Peet's for our morning coffee. There are a wide variety of restaurants downtown and we tried several for dinner. We most enjoyed Spasso on Laurel Street and highly recommend it. We'll definitely contact Tim when we are back in the area.
Tim is a great host and extremely reponsive to my emails. He completely entrusted us with his house during our 3-week stay. We only met for about 10 minutes during our whole stay but exchanged emails frequently. The house is fully equipped and offers everything you would need. Tim is a generous host and overstocks almost every kind of consumables. His place is very conveniently located and it worked out perfectly for us who did frequent trips to San Francisco downtown and met friends in Palo Alto/San Jose. We (2 adults + 4 kids) had a fantastic time there and we will definitely recommend his place!
