This home is in a quiet area.
Family Friendly Hideaway located within walking distance of downtown & nightlife.

This 2 Bedroom, Full Bathroom apartment includes fast Wifi, a fully stocked kitchen*, electric washer & dryer, games, and outdoor space for your use and enjoy. Street parking in front of the house is FREE & ALLOWED. It can accommodate a large vehicle w/ boat or trailered toys.

Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon**, Lake Powell, Glen Canyon, the Colorado River, and Walmart are all within a 10-minute drive.

The space
*Kitchen includes coffee, tea, cooking oil, seasonings, utensils, dishes, pots & pans, etc.

**Antelope Canyon is currently closed to the public due to COVID-19 concerns. There are some other great Slot Canyon options in the area though. Please check out "My Guidebook" through my profile.

A washer and dryer in unit for guests to use at no charge. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided.

Both bedrooms include queen beds and alarm clocks with USB charging stations.

The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. Towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

If you need something that you do not have, or have a special need or request, please let me know and I will try to accommodate you.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the front unit. Guest parking is on the street. Street parking is ALLOWED and FREE. There is room to accommodate large vehicles, boats, and trailers. You will have full view of your vehicle from your living room and both bedrooms. There is a shared patio for guests to enjoy.

Other things to note
Arizona does not go on Daylight Savings time. Page is near the Utah border and your cell phone may pull its signal from a cell tower in Utah, therefore reflecting the wrong time. Utah is one hour later than Arizona. Please plan accordingly to check in no earlier than 3pm and check out no later than 11am. Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Boat Tours all operate on Arizona time.

The apartment has EVAPORATIVE COOLING, commonly used in dry desert climates. Please keep the windows cracked 2-3” to allow air to flow through the house. This applies to the warmer months only.

Our yard has trees, shrubs and flowers, there is a chance of seeing insects.

Note: Smoking is allowed outside on the patio. Please use ashtrays that are provided.

Located in a quiet area this is a great starting point for early morning or evening walks* along the Rim Trail* and Golf Course with epic views of the Vermillion Cliffs, Glen Canyon, and Lake Powell. Safeway, Starbucks, Food, Drinks, Parks, shopping, and nightlife are close by via a walk or quick drive.

*The summer temperatures in Page get above 100° F / 38° C so please take that into account when planning your activities. Be sure to take plenty of water, electrolytes, sunscreen, hats, sun glasses, and sun shades for your vehicle.

*The Rim Trail is 9.8-mile loop around the rim of Manson Mesa with multiple on/off locations throughout. There easiest access from your apartment will be from Aspen/Lake Powell Blvd, across from the Public Library.
