The modern 45 m²apartment with small terrace offers space for 3 pers., is quietly located and is located in one of the best residential areas of Schorndorf, the Daimlerstadt. It is conveniently located to S-Bahn, bus and B 29. There is a cozy living room with Smart TV & Netflix, a bedroom, a kitchen with kitchenette and dining area and a daylight bathroom with shower/toilet. We have furnished this apartment with a lot of love for detail and look forward to making you feel at home with us. It is a separate apartment with its own entrance in the basement of our house.

The apartment has a living room with Smart TV & Netflix with attached bedroom. There is a new comfortable king box spring bed that ensures optimal sleep and offers space for 2 people. Fresh linen and towels are included. In the living kitchen there is a dining area and a kitchenette with dishes, pots, stove, fridge with small freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is another single bed with the size 90 cm x 200 cm and space for 1 person. The daylight bathroom has a shower with toilet. Our accommodation is well suited for couples, small families with max. 1 child, business travelers and solo travelers and is designed for max. 3 people.

Numerous excursion destinations such as Stuttgart, the Stauferstadt Schwäbisch Gmünd and the Swabian Forest are nearby. You'll love our place because of the quiet location at the end of a dead end road. The nearby meadows and forests invite you for walks. In the neighborhood is the Oskar Frech lake and indoor pool with sauna area, in which you can relax. A supermarket, bakery with café, banks and a butcher shop are within walking distance. Further shopping facilities can be reached by car in 3 minutes.

The apartment is conveniently located: the S-Bahn is a 10-minute walk, the bus stop is less than 1 minute, the B 29 is 2 minutes away. The centre of Schorndorf is about a 15-minute walk.
