105 Fox Hollow Village is located near Pico and Killington ski areas. There are year round outdoor activities including access to trails for skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, golfing, and hiking. Accommodations include 2 bedrooms, 2 full dated bathrooms (including steam shower and Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom), full updated kitchen, living room, separate dining area, a mudroom at entrance, backyard access with sliding door, and a common pool area. No smoking and no pets are allowed.

The space
When you have arrived in Rutland, VT, you will pass a mini mall area on the left and other stores and restaurants. Drive a bit and take US route 4 East, it's a right turn at the light (you will see CVS on the left and Tops on the right). Drive for about 6 miles, you will pass Pizza Hut, then Killington Gateway, and when you see the Cortina Inn, get ready to move to the left lane. You will see a large Fox Hollow sign on the left. The driveway entrance is before the sign. If you miss the entrance, drive a quarter mile to Pico and make a U-turn. Go in the entrance and drive around the pool and the Red Fox building is located in the rear on the left side. Unit B-4 is located on the ground level, behind the stairs.

Note, Airbnb incorrectly lists the address as 1360 US Route 4, the address is 105 Fox Hollow Village PVT, US Route 4.

This unit uses keyless access powered by August Home. A smart phone is required. Please make sure you have downloaded the August app after you have made your reservation. Also, please check the email from August App for the code for the key code pad.

The area is surrounded by 2 ski/snowboard areas: 0.5 miles to Pico, 7 miles to the Killington base.

In the Town of Rutland, there are many shops, grocery stores, and eateries, (e.g., Bed, Bath and Beyond, Hannaford grocery store, a sporting goods store, Joann's, Michaels, and restaurants as soon as you enter Rutland). CVS, fast foods restaurants, and Tops grocery store, are located just before you turn right for route 4 East. Also, on route 4 E. there's a quaint popular breakfast and lunch place named Sugar and Spice, (must get there early to shorten wait time). In addition, there are more restaurants and shops along Killington Road, as you head toward the ski area.
