Interaction with Guests
I live in the appartment, and work from my home office in a separate quarter of the appartment. The guest corner is pretty quiet and remote, so you should'nt be afraid of a lack of privacy.I usually keep to myself, but am also a sociable host and happy to interact with my guests if they want to.
When you arrive, I will give you a key and key card for 24 hour access to the apartment, gym and outdoor lounge, and other common areas of the building.

Really nice place! I totally recomend it to anyone. The view from the room is a great start of the day :)
Awesome trip in NY nice and cozy room with beautiful view at night. Definitely I'll come and stay again when I visiting NY!
Stephan was a very welcoming host, offering great suggestions of where to dine out to and visit in the city. The apartment was clean and sophisticated with a fantastic view of the Manhattan sky line.
The apartment met all of our needs and more. The neighborhood felt safe and had several great restaurants to eat nearby.
We were extremely impressed with the apartment and Stephan as a host. Our only criticism is that the photos of the apartment do not do it justice!
