The best way for food is for us to work with you on what drinks and food you want. Included are 2 kitchen helpers who will chop vegies, wash dishes and help serve. If you want a real cook we can hire one for $40/day. Often our guests like to cook when they have 2 helpers. I find the kitchen tends to be the center of the universe as always.
Also included are two house keeping maids who will make your bed, remove trash, sweep and mop the house, Two outside workers keeping the pools and outside cleaned up. We will drain and clean all the pools every 2 to 3 days. at night. filling them up with a combination of geyser water and cool spring water, ready to soak in the morning.
There are three zip lines in a row. The first to practice braking, the second and third are serious and extreme fun. We charge $5/person/day for the zip line experience. you can go as many times as you want in the day. I charge becuase it takes 4 people to handle the event.
Key point: bring swimsuits, river shoes (teva are best) or old tennis shoes that can get wet. We do provide towels.
Summery: warm pools to swim, cold river to play in, 2 nights max at a time. Privacy.
Everything about our experience at the Solitude was amazing! Hugh and Ron anticipated our every need. The house and property were beautiful- the pictures online don't do it justice. If I could only vacation one place for the rest of my life, I would want it to be at the Solitude.
We loved staying at La Soledad (solitude) Ron and Mariana make you feel at home. They make delicious Healthy and traditional Mexican Meals they treat their guest better than a 5 star hotel. The home is like a dream home and my husband and son loved the pools and the adventure in the mineral waters and waterfall. The rooms are super comfy and you have an amazing view of the mountain every morning. It's so relaxing to wake up to the sound of water and the birds. The monkey Micha was so much fun and she joined us during our picknick. I am already planning to go back in the winter and bring my parents. Thank you Ron and Mariana we had a great vacation! If I could take a vacation every 6 months I would choose your house as my number 1 destination.
