Nicely appointed, cozy suite on family farm on private cove of famous Lake Fork with large private boat ramp & pier just a short walk or drive to the lake. Suite is lofted & accessed by steel & stone stairway with balcony overlooking grassy pastures, trees, small creek, impressive stone fire pit and BBQ grill. This unit features sleeping space for up to 4 adults, spacious bathroom, dining area, and full kitchen with eating & cookware. We have 3 suites to choose from, so look at the others too!

The space
Great for fishing enthusiasts and has large private boat ramp on property. By the way, we have three Suites that are all next to one another. So if your desired booking dates are already taken, then make sure that you’ve also looked at our other adjacent suites. Suite 2 has an identical floor plan as Suite 3 and Suite 1 is very large and sleeps up to eight adults and has a separate living room.

Guest access
100' boat dock and 30' wide boat ramp that gives you direct Lake Fork access; private 2-acre 26' deep swimming pond, nature walks, and amazing star gazing nearly every night of the year! If needed, you can park your boat & trailer right below your room, recharge your batteries and not worry about stowing your fishing gear because the property is safe and secure. Or just leave your boat in the water and tie it up on our dock at night. As of Feb2021 we also have just completed building an amazing 57' swimming pool & jacuzzi - photos are coming...come check it out!! Adults only - kids allowed but MUST be carefully supervised.

Other things to note
Canton's Market Day is the first weekend of each month and just 30 minutes away, down FM 17; plenty of quality restaurants in the surrounding area, but don’t assume a particular restaurant is good unless you personally know - if you want to dine wisely and don’t want any surprises you may want to ask us because we can help

recently retired US Coast Guard Captain; Ken's life now consists of "Family and farm", in that order. “We have four girls - two grown and blazing their own trails, and two others - twin 10 year olds". “I spend the bulk of my free time on developing/building our property into a very cool Lake front RV & Lodging Resort". "I love the work and opportunity to be creative and resourceful in endless ways". Please excuse my misc project messes and come often so you can personally see our progress. And make sure to share your ideas, recommendations and requests with us as to what you’d like to see that would make your visits even more enjoyable. I very much enjoy my new life, post-military career, serving my family, community and guests from around Texas and from all over - yes, folks from around our Globe visit Lake Fork and the surrounding area!
