  • Cesare was very helpful in picking us up and also dropping us off from and at the airport. Really appreciate it.
The cottage was really beautiful. Nicer than what I see in the pictures. The heaters were working great. (It was winter when I came). Hot water runs well too!
Clean bedrooms with clean towels in clean bathroom.

  • Cesare is a wonderful person!!!

He picked us up at the Rome Temrinin and, as he drove us to the residence, he gave us a guided tour of Rome. He is very engaging and extremely nioce.

The house is LOVELY!!. The rooms are very nice and the bathrooms well appointed. The kitchen is great and well stocked with whatever you need to cook things.

Cesare suggested an EXCELLENT seafood restaurant - Amalindo - which was fantastic.

He rescured us when a bus that we were on changed its route.

I highly recommend staying at this spot. You can't get a better experience and support thatn with Cesare.

  • We stayed at the apartment for two nights with four children early august 2013 ending our three week journey in Italy. The apartment is one of approximately four apartments in a fairly new apartment building located in quiet neighborhood in Fiumicino. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very nicely furnished. There was even a coffee machine and milk ready for us! The apartment has three floors. Downstairs is a large living/dining room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. 2nd floor has two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. There is also a large balcony connecting the two bedrooms. The 3rd floor is actually the attic with lowered ceiling and top windows with two separate beds. The staircase is quite difficult so we didn't even try to take luggage up there. There is a parking place next to the apartment, but as we had a big car we preferred to keep it on the street as the driveway is narrow. Beach is 200 meters away and we went swimming there once, but after all the great beaches of southern Italy it did not impress us. Visiting Rome was our main agenda and that was easy with car, just some 30 minutes to get to Colosseum. The fish restaurants at the beach were the best of all the restaurants we visited during our trip so it is really worth to try them out. It took us about 10 minutes to reach FCO so the location is perfect if you have an early flight.

  • We had a great time with Cesare - He was a great host, and helped us pick us up at the airport - Great :-)
    2 adults - 2 children. Nice apartment.
We wanted to stay close to the airport because we had a early flight AND we want to have easy access to The City of Rome.
While it was close to the airport, I think it was to much of a hassle getting in to Rome. But I can't blame Cesare for this :-)

  • We got stranded in another city and didn't make it to our reservation. Cesare was a gentleman and very kind when I called him to let him know. I look forward to booking his property again sometime in the future.
