Private primary suite with deck and hot tub. This beautiful suite has all the essentials for your stay, a private bath, kitchenette, courtyard, and deck with great sunrise and sunset views. Centrally located in Uptown Sedona, close to Tlaquepaque, Hillside shops, galleries, and hiking right out the back door to the Airport Vortex. Now accepting small dogs with approval + pet fee of $75. Dogs need to be with you at all times or in a kennel. TPT#2120679

The space
The primary suite(attached to main house) has a nice deck with views and a hot tub (not suitable for children under 18) Also, my cleaning fee may seem high but the hot tub is very very expensive to keep clean and I do not charge extra for it. Cozy chairs, king-size bed, closet, step-in rain shower, and tub. Bakers rack with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, glassware, dishes, water, coffee, and tea. Your suite also has a mini-split so you can set the temperature for your comfort. Complimentary welcome basket with snacks oatmeal, and breakfast bars. Free to use while you are here red rock parking pass, frig with a freezer. Roku TV with Netflix and a bar table for a computer desk or for breakfast.

You have your own parking space, gated entry with welcome sign, enter suite through sliding door, fenced in yard, deck, bedroom suite, bath, kitchenette, entrance and parking with an electric car charger.

Other things to note
My cost to keep the hot tub functioning and super clean has gone up dramatically so I needed to raise my cleaning fee so I can continue to offer the amenity.
