A quiet vacation getaway with a minimalist design all through out. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway for a couple or an island adventure with a group of friends.

Sip local wine or beer, walk on the beach or play yard games on our 1/4 acre lot. Throw the ball and romp around with your dog. Or just soak up the view inside next to our fireplace while reading a book or watching a movie.

Either way, our island getaway is just a ferry ride away.

The space
Our cottage is a clean, 936-square-foot space, with high ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors with a breathtaking view of Cultus Bay. Many personal touches and cozy decor are around the house to make your stay more comfortable.

 The KITCHEN is owned by someone who loves to cook. The kitchen is open to living and dining areas, so you'll never feel like you're stuck cooking while everyone else is having fun. The kitchen counter has two stools. Coffee and tea are supplied and to be enjoyed every morning.

 For group eating we have a bistro table that seats 4, and an 4 person patio table on the outdoor patio. Lots of plates, silverware and wine glasses to create a wonderful table.

 Fast fiber optic WiFi is available.

The living room has lots of seating, warm lighting and is a great place to gather. The gas fireplace (with remote control) makes it cozy even on the coldest days. With wall-to-wall windows overlooking the bay, you'll have fun curling up with a good book or a good movie and a glass of wine. Puzzles, cards and board games are also available to create wonderful memories.

 The KING BEDROOM is on the top floor. It has a king-size bed with a memory-foam mattress that will offer a great night's rest. The space to hang clothes is abundant in the closet. The main bedroom, facing east, is flooded with natural sunlight in the morning. Relax and listen to the birds with a cup of coffee while the sunrises. A desk is provided for those who need to work remotely too!

 The QUEEN BEDROOM is located across the hall from the KING BEDROOM and can comfortably accommodate two people on a memory-foam mattress.

 The back DECK is the perfect place to relax while watching the sunset over Cultus Bay. An outdoor modular sofa has six seats. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.

 Deer and bunnies frequent the front yard and it seems you are far from the rest of the world.

Our neighborhood is within the community of Scatchet Head just 12 minutes from the Clinton ferry terminal.

This is a private community and within are amenities are located on Driftwood Drive (a 5 minute walk from the property), and include a boat launch, tennis court, basketball half court and a private community beach.

To access the community beach, you must walk down the hill towards the water, take a right on Driftwood drive(10-15 minute walk) and will dead end at our beach. No parking is available at the beach entry.
