Location, location!
From our central & cozy 2 bedroom apt in Old San Juan you can walk to top historical sights, tasty dining options, great nightlife & a beach is a 10 min drive away! Plus, you get a beautiful ocean view as you walk out of the condo's entrance gate on Sol street.
The space
•This small apartment has WiFi, a cozy living room where you can enjoy Netflix on the TV, fully equipped kitchen/dining room (no A/C in living room/kitchen), a full bathroom, and two bedrooms with A/C that have full size beds, and closet space.
☆ Groups of 5-6 People: Be advised that you will find this apartment useful if your purpose is to mainly rest and gain energy for adventures. It's a small space if you and your group plan to spend your day in it.
•The apartment is on the third floor (takes a short 20 steps to the apt) of Condominium Luna from main entrance on the Sol Street (has NO ELEVATORS), and has a ramp.
Guest access
You will be steps away from San Cristobal Fort (built to protect Old San Juan from land attacks, the Spanish spent over 250 years fortifying Puerto Rico) and so many more great landmarks, restaurants and fun spots. Please, make yourself at home!
Other things to note
•Our Condominium has two entrance gates (however the one on Sol street is the primary one). You can exit to the Luna street going down to the first floor of the building and heading out the opposite side of the main entrance.
》There is an EXIT button you can press to open the gates and head out of the Condominium without using the key. You need the key to head back inside though.
•CONSIDERATION- Please remember, the apartment you're staying in is a home to rest and share with family and/or friends. We have neighbors and the space must be respected, so you cannot take the party to the Condominium.
In the event that the residents complain of loud noises at night or dawn, a fine (listed in House Rules section) will be charged since the Condominium will give US a fine for this reason.
•TRASH- Please take out your trash. There are two big trash bins in front of the Condominium's entrance across Calle Sol. The blue bin is for recyclables and the gray one is for regular trash.
