Marian and Kevin have a beautiful house, full of space with a garden in which our kids played football. They are highly welcoming and cheerful, we really enjoyed Marian's delicious homemade scones and Kevin's funny jokes. A lovely place that I definitely recommend.
Marian and Kevin are wonderful hosts, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with them! Marian baked home made bread and scones, and breakfast was fantastic - cereal, yoghurt, eggs, bread, home made conserves etc - plus a good dose of Irish humour and hospitality. The location was lovely, and we were able to explore the surrounding areas easily. Marian and Kevin gave us some really great ideas and tips. We really appreciated their warm welcome and hospitality - thank you so much.
Marian and Kevin were the warmest and loveliest hosts! They were so helpful with everything from planning our trip to giving us a great insight into Irish culture!
The location was great, on a quiet road and easy to find. It was just a short stroll to local pubs and supermarket.
The house was very warm and clean. The garden and surrounding area shows the outstanding work they do landscaping the neighborhood.
Marian and Kevin also prepared a cup of tea and homemade scones for breakfast and on our arrival, which was the cherry on top.
Would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!
Marian and her family are very friendly, welcoming hosts. They welcome us in the evening with tea and delicious, home-made scones and a great breakfast in the morning. They are very helpful and gave us plenty of useful tips. Their house is in a perfect location for those who want to explore the beautiful region of Connemara.
Beaucoup de gentillesse et de joie de vivre chez ces hôtes. Les chambres sont propres et le petit déjeuner très bon avec les scones maison. Toute la famille est sympathique.
Bon potager également.
Great Location in a lovely home & garden with great company. Upon our arrival we were greeted by home made scones & jam (all made by Marian) & very quickly being made to feel like @ home. Marian & her husband also gave us very precious suggestion for a day trip around the Stunning Connemara National Park which made our day trully unforgettable. Hosts Strongly recommanded.
Our experience in Marian's house was great! She and her husband are really good hosts, they were always kind and it was nice to talk with them.
The house is wonderful, clean, it has everything you need and it is in a strategical position to visit Galway and Connemara.
