Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Futon mattress was nice and hard - the best yet out of all my airbnb stays and great support for a middle-aged back. Apartment was clean and spacious and a nice retreat after a long day in urban Atlanta. Hosts are super accessible and warm over text and phone.

  • My wife and I stayed at Ben and Erin's condo this past weekend with our two teenaged children while we were in town for the Big South volleyball tournament. It was everything that we expected and more. The location is wonderful and within short walking distance to Centennial Park and the Georgia World Congress Center where the volleyball matches were played. We walked most places downtown and you will have your own free parking spot at the condominium. It is also a short drive to the Little 5 Points area and some great restaurants and unique shopping experiences.

The condo itself is well kept and has every amenity that you need. It comes as described. If something is lacking, Ben and Erin are very responsive and helpful, and cooking on a gas stove again was nice !

The overall experience was wonderful and the hosts are very professional and responsive. This condominium would be first on our list to stay for future trips to Atlanta.

  • Wow! This apartment was amazing. Exactly like the pictures, and great value. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Atlanta.

  • Ben and Erin are ideal Airbnb hosts. The unit was well maintained and cozy. It definitely felt like a home away from home. The location of this rental was perfect for my needs. I could be at the coffee shops where I was working from, within minutes. Ben and Erin are attentive. They checked in with me regularly and resolved any minor issues quickly and professionally. Erin left a detailed guide with more than enough information about how to navigate the rental and the neighborhood.

I am an avid Airbnb traveler so I've seen a little of everything. This is the perfect place for a first timer. After you stay here, you'll expect future Airbnb hosts to step up their game.

    I can't wait to return.

  • Our first trip to Atlanta and first airbnb experience. Both great. Condo is very easy to access from freeway. Keys were waiting for us. Very well equipped kitchen. Erin and Ben have provided everything you may have forgotten. Very homy and welcoming feeling. Bed in master is on the firm side and low to the floor. Fine for most but may be an issue for some.

  • This was our first experience with airbnb and we were THRILLED! We were so sad that we couldn't stay longer. There was plenty of cookware to fix any meal we wanted. The place is so cozy. Ben and Erin were both very sweet and helped with anything we needed. We can't wait to visit Atlanta again and stay in their condo!

  • We had a nice stay at Erin & Ben's condo. They are very, very attentive to your needs. The condo is in a convenient location. Two of my daughters walked to the condo from the aquarium and they were safe sound and very happy.
We would definitely stay here again! My teenagers really liked the modern decor.

  • We loved this place! We felt very comfortable here and it had everything we needed. We were a short walk from the Peachtree MARTA and so were able to catch the train to and from the airport and not worry about a taxi.

We were also able to walk to Blueprint Church on Sunday morning, return, and then walk to the Georgia dome in the afternoon to see the Falcons game.

Erin was very easy to communicate with and I would definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Atlanta.

    December 2013
  • We had a great time in Atlanta! The condo was exactly as advertised. The building is in a great location. Easy to get to and It was easy walking to whatever we needed. We had to arrive very late the first night. No problem. The 24 hour a day doormen are very nice and helpful. A perfect choice for a conference stay.

    December 2013
  • We enjoyed our stay with Ben and Erin. The location is excellent as it is just 3 blocks from the Peachtree Mall and another block on to the Peachtree MARTA station. The doorman at the Landmark building was helpful in giving directions and it was a fairly quiet place even though it was close to major roads and freeways in the area.

Hello! Erin got a job at Airbnb (!) and moved to San Francisco! She just finished up a PhD in economics. Ben just finished his MA in Applied Linguistics and teaches English to non-native speakers. We are friends who have worked, traveled and lived together. In 2010, we bought an abandoned condo in Erin's building and fixed it up. It has amazing views of Atlanta and is a perfect home base for business or pleasure travel. After Erin moved out to California, she was able to put her Atlanta home on Airbnb as well. About Erin: She's lived in Indiana, Australia, DC, Atlanta and now San Francisco, and has traveled to 5 continents and 26 countries. She likes traveling, geography/maps, math, yoga, trivia, spreadsheets, golfing, football (Go Colts!), and animals (dogs especially). =) About Ben: He's lived in DC, Northern Virginia, Massachusetts, Southern California, the Middle East, the Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica. He likes people, travel, bootcamp (try a class in Piedmont Park while you're here!), spending time at the Chesapeake Bay, and riding his motorcycle. We look forward to sharing our knowledge of Atlanta as well as our condo with you! We hope to see you soon!
