Welcome home! This 60s-era condo has been modernized while still keeping the classic mid-century feel. It's large, quiet, and has all the comforts of home. (Due to many inquiries, we want to share that: **we are already booked for Labor Day 2016.**)
BEFORE YOU BOOK/INQUIRE:
-- If you're new to the site, please make sure you have verified your phone number, added a profile picture, and completed your profile with a few sentences about yourself. If you don't have the above, we'll ask you to complete these items before accepting your request.
-- Minimum stay is 3 nights.
-- Cleaning fees are included in the price.
-- Our pricing is updated as is our calendar. Note that in some cases, holiday and special event pricing applies; the default price Airbnb shows is the lowest nightly rate. Some of our rates are higher for big events (because we are *so* close to the action!) =)
-- Please send an inquiry if you are local before booking.
-- No smoking and no pets allowed.
We have a 24 hour doorman on staff, so checking in is seamless and can be done on your own schedule.

-- Laundry: we have a combo washer/dryer in the kitchen (Euro-style). It is ventless, which means it doesn't dry well and is probably best used for hang-dry articles. We do all of our laundry in the basement of the building, which has a large laundry room. You have access to this as well, and washing is $1.25 per load and drying is between $.75 and $1.25 per load, depending on which machine you use.

Interaction with Guests
We generally do not interact in person, however, Ben lives in the condo building and is there should anything come up. We are very responsive to messages and will do our very best to make sure you have a great stay!
Across the street from Georgia State. Walk EVERYWHERE:

Great spot to be for travelers to games (Falcons, Hawks, Braves, Tech, GSU, Final Four, etc.), business (hotel and conference centers are within a few blocks), or fun (accessible to all downtown and midtown have to offer!).
We are 3 blocks from MARTA, Atlanta's light rail/metro system. It's a 25 minute ride to the airport ($2.25), a 5 minute ride to Midtown, and a 10 minute ride to Buckhead.
The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. See the last picture for a map with walking times from the condo to places of interest.
Other Things to Note
-- The sunroom is open to the dining room, but can be made private by pulling the curtains. It is very sunny and bright, with floor to ceiling windows. The view is of the garden and pool a few floors below, with downtown Atlanta just across the street.
-- All utilities included: gas, water, trash, electricity
-- Note: Patio is open year round - pool is seasonal and is usually open from Memorial Day to September, but depends on the weather.
- Make sure you have a profile picture and description, and have verified your phone number and email
- If you are local contact us before booking
- No smoking anywhere inside the building.
- Our space is for residential use only. It is not for social gatherings or parties.
- Only registered guests allowed in the building and condo.
- Please be nice to others in the building as they are a part of our community.
- No pets.
- Condo quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am (although with cement walls, it is very hard to disturb the neighbors or be disturbed yourself).
Please leave the condo clean and tidy. What does this mean to us?
- Taking out the trash.
- Loading/starting the dishwasher before you leave.
- Stripping the bed and piling the linens – we will take care of these for the next tenant.
- Leaving the place generally as you found it.
For every tenant, we provide fresh linens and a thoroughly cleaned space. We thank you in advance for helping us out with this! If you would like a full service cleaning upon check out, it can be made available for an extra $50.
