Ben and Erin are ideal Airbnb hosts. The unit was well maintained and cozy. It definitely felt like a home away from home. The location of this rental was perfect for my needs. I could be at the coffee shops where I was working from, within minutes. Ben and Erin are attentive. They checked in with me regularly and resolved any minor issues quickly and professionally. Erin left a detailed guide with more than enough information about how to navigate the rental and the neighborhood.
I am an avid Airbnb traveler so I've seen a little of everything. This is the perfect place for a first timer. After you stay here, you'll expect future Airbnb hosts to step up their game.
I can't wait to return.
Our first trip to Atlanta and first airbnb experience. Both great. Condo is very easy to access from freeway. Keys were waiting for us. Very well equipped kitchen. Erin and Ben have provided everything you may have forgotten. Very homy and welcoming feeling. Bed in master is on the firm side and low to the floor. Fine for most but may be an issue for some.
This was our first experience with airbnb and we were THRILLED! We were so sad that we couldn't stay longer. There was plenty of cookware to fix any meal we wanted. The place is so cozy. Ben and Erin were both very sweet and helped with anything we needed. We can't wait to visit Atlanta again and stay in their condo!
We had a nice stay at Erin & Ben's condo. They are very, very attentive to your needs. The condo is in a convenient location. Two of my daughters walked to the condo from the aquarium and they were safe sound and very happy.
We would definitely stay here again! My teenagers really liked the modern decor.
We loved this place! We felt very comfortable here and it had everything we needed. We were a short walk from the Peachtree MARTA and so were able to catch the train to and from the airport and not worry about a taxi.
We were also able to walk to Blueprint Church on Sunday morning, return, and then walk to the Georgia dome in the afternoon to see the Falcons game.
Erin was very easy to communicate with and I would definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Atlanta.
We had a great time in Atlanta! The condo was exactly as advertised. The building is in a great location. Easy to get to and It was easy walking to whatever we needed. We had to arrive very late the first night. No problem. The 24 hour a day doormen are very nice and helpful. A perfect choice for a conference stay.
We enjoyed our stay with Ben and Erin. The location is excellent as it is just 3 blocks from the Peachtree Mall and another block on to the Peachtree MARTA station. The doorman at the Landmark building was helpful in giving directions and it was a fairly quiet place even though it was close to major roads and freeways in the area.
The condo was great! We really enjoyed ourselves. Ben and Erin were responsive and kind and even made sure that they shipped back an item we forgot. Very gracious and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!
Ben and Erin are fantastic hosts from afar and were very easy to contact! The apartment is great--it's clean, in a safe building, just blocks from Peachtree Center (and within a 45 minute walk of tons of cool restaurants, shops, and bars). On top of it all, the apartment is decked out in fantastic retro digs and is just the right amount of homey.
We loved staying at this condo because it was very comfortable and the decor was fantastic! It was a far better choice than a hotel for attending a conference because it was more economical and provided the comforts of home. Erin and Ben were immediately attentive to any questions or requests we had. We absolutely recommend the condo and the hosts!
