  • I had a pleasant two-week-stay in Maria's apartment. The room is very cozy, the kitchen is well-equipped and it's an easy 20-minute-walk to the closest subway station (but there are plenty of buses to basically all of the lines as well). Maria was very nice and helpful: she took me to several grocery stores and offered to pick me up at the T (email hidden)e area is nice and I even felt safe to walk home at night. I'd recommend a stay at this place.

  • Cozy, warm, and clean place! I stayed here in March for 2 weeks. It was still snowing outside but the room was equipped with heater so I didn't feel cold.
Maria was very helpful all the time. I loved staying here. If I have chance to visit to Boston, I would love to stay this place again.
Thank you very much for everything Maria.

  • Maria is very nice and kind host. The room is comfortable and warm despite the snowy days. The kitchen is well-equipped for daily food preparation. It felt like living at home for my 2 weeks stay there. Overall a very good experience. I would stay with her again when I visit Boston next time.

  • The room at Maria's is small but comfortable and with all the necessities: a bed, table and storage for your things. Everything is clean and very nice. Maria herself is also extremely helpful and nice and willing to help you out anytime. I stayed there for two weeks and really enjoyed it. Thanks!

  • Maria was a great host and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I needed to. I had just moved to Boston and was looking for an apartment and this was the perfect home base from which to do it. The subway is about a 15 minute walk away and the main street right nearby has a multitude of restaurants and a little convenience store that sells some groceries. The room was small, just as it looks in the photos, but comfortable. She gives you a little cabinet with some dishes and space to keep some food, which was nice. Best of all, Maria was friendly and welcoming but also respectful of privacy. I actually got sick while I was there and she offered to drive me to go pick up my car which had just been shipped to me, which was really nice.

All in all it was a great experience.

  • This place was cozy and comfortable and Maria was such a warm person.
She gave me good information on great places to go.
I really enjoyed spending time in Boston because she made me feel at my home.
I was so happy and lucky to see beautiful fall foliage even in my room.
