This is a gorgeously large one bedroom apartment. It is newly renovated- I'm the first person to live here since the renovations. The beautification included adding new hardwood floors, new window finishes, radiators and a completely new kitchen and bathroom. It is beyond fabulous!!
Great location- It's one block from the Q train and lovely Prospect Park; it's also three blocks from the 2/5 trains and three blocks from the B train. It's just a quick subway ride or nice afternoon walk to the Brooklyn Museum and Botanical Gardens. Maybe not even a 20 minute ride to lower Manhattan.
But of course, you should feel more than free to relax at home because you will never be bored-
A descent magazine and book collection.
Space, location and entertainment, what more can you ask for in a city such as New York.
A block and a half away from the Q Train, about 6 blocks from the B Train toward the west and 2/5 trains to the east.
Please treat my house better than you would your own house. :) I like to keep my house cleaned and well kept, so please clean up after yourself. If you are staying at my house during a Thursday please water my plants.
I had a really nice time in Tonyas cosy but well furnished flat. Tonya was extremely welcoming and quick to respond.
Tonya wasn't in New York during my stay but she was easily contactable via text. She was very helpful and accommodating. The apt is very close to the train and a great restaurant that had free happy hour drinks.
I am very outgoing. I've been working in media for almost 10 years. I tend to work a lot, which is mainly because I'm building my career in a new, much larger market- New York. My favorite foods are pasta and seafood, particularly sushi, and occasionally I have to stop by Magnolia Bakery for my favorite Whoopie cookie- amazing. I really enjoy hot yoga, but I can settle for a good neighborhood I can casually walk around in. I'm extremely neat, almost OCD-ish. When I'm home I very much appreciate just laying back, watching a movie or something on TV.
