YOU FEEL IT when you walk into the studio-it is that sensation that you have entered a space with energy, peaceful energy. This apartment, with its unique touches, is a hideaway on the Kreuzberg side of the border to Mitte.
Wooden floors and minimal decoration bring an inner sense of peace, even though the apartment itself is surrounded by tons of things to see and do.
Relax in a bath in the middle of the room, cook at the kitchen Island, watch a bit of TV, or Surf the Wifi to your heart's content-it is all here, waiting for you.
Right outside the front door is the Engelbecken (Angel's Bath) where you can just walk along to relax, or even ice-skate in the winter. On one side of the reservoir is a classy Café with tasty drinks and light meals.
If this is your first experience renting an apartment instead of a hotel or a hostel, then you are in for a big treat!
3 things people like about this apartment:
-The stylish bathtub
-Not high in the building (1st floor)
-Many lighting possibilities
3 Things not liked about this apartment
-Animal sounds from nearby petting zoo in the morning (wake to rooster!) Ok, some people liked it ;)
-Fireplace cannot be used
-the stairwell outside the apartment is in need of some renovations (but totally safe and functional).
is currently one of the hippest districts of Berlin, an endless variety of clubs, bars, restaurants and cafés and shops to suit all tastes are strung together. The apartment is located in 1a-location in the lively part of Kreuzberg. But it is very quiet, on the ENGELBECKEN as direct (popular romantic meeting place, with gardens, sun terraces + Café on Engelbecken). Need advice? I am always happy to help you find what you are looking for.
The apartment is close to Alexanderplatz (5min with the U8). In just a few minutes you can walk from the main street of the neighborhood to SO 36 (a popular local concert club) : The OranienStr. is the absolute hot spot of the district with its numerous bars, shops, international cuisine and colorful folk. There are lots of shopping and dining possibilities in the immediate area.
There are endless possibilities for going out, all located close-by: clubs, bars and restaurants in the vicinity and can be reached on foot in few minutes: Kit Kat Club/Sage Club (700m), Tresor Club (500m) , Ballhaus Naunystr. (700m), Luzia (500m), just to name a few. Berghain is a short taxi ride away.
make sure to read about the area Kreuzberg below!

Please make sure the number you have listed is a mobile number where you can be reached in case there is a problem.
This is not a party apartment. It is also a non-smoking apartment.
Note: If you are coffee drinkers, it is advisable to bring Nespresso Tabs with you. We do provide some, but they are difficult to come by in Berlin.
Now that all the rules are out of the way, enjoy yourself!
This apartment was even better than we'd imagined. We really can't wait to return!
Ian met us for the handover and was extreamly patient and understanding concidering we were an hour late.
There's everything you need on your doorstep including some amazing bars, yet once within the apartment you could be in the middle of the countryside.
The apartment was clean, homely and unique, filled with wonderful natural light and the perfect romantic getaway ( loved the fireplace opposite the bath)
Quartier tres sympa, proche de tout dans la ville et tres bien desservit. L'appartement est un vrai petit nid, agréable, lumineux. Très bon souvenir, malgré le fait que nous n'ayons pas eu d'eau chaude durant 2 jours!
Apartment suited us for the 4 nights we were staying. Was in a great location, was easy to get to the main centre but also had great nightlife locally.
I recommend the restaurant in the water area outside the flat, they serve great pizza and cocktails!
The apartment was very clean and the handover of the keys was very easy. The guy was very helpful and friendly.
The bed was a bit random as it had two duvets and the pillows weren't great but was passable.
Der persönliche Kontakt via Telefon nach Ankunft und die Schlüsselübergabe waren problemlos und sehr freundlich.
Für nicht Berlin Kenner liegt Info Material und ein sehr schöner Bildband über den Kiez bereit.
I had a great stay in the Loft of Angels. I was in Berlin on business and wanted a place with a bit more personality and a more interesting location than a hotel, and I definitely got both here.
I was met with the keys punctually at the time that we arranged, so check-in was a breeze.
Everything was clean, in great condition, and as shown in the photos.
The area is great, though I wasn't able to take much advantage of it due to my schedule.
The animal noises didn't bother me (though I wasn't ever in the apartment during the day). The view of the goats was a delightful novelty; ocean-views I've had but never that.
When I had an issue due to my own stupidity, I was able to get in touch with Eric who sent a super nice colleague to resolve the problem quickly.
I'd happily stay again, as well as recommend it to my friends.
Loft of Angels was hidden gem in Kreuzberg.
With its mystical entrance and mini farm next door it was a pleasure to arrive and leave each day. The apartment had a great design, great bath and shower, comfortable and just a great location to get anywhere. Rebecca who met us was very helpful and when we return we will definitely try to stay here again.
The apartment was better than could have been expected. The host was gracious enough to welcome us at the flat at 11pm as our flight landed so late into the evening.
Of course the bath is the focal point of the apartment, which was a great spectacle, however the light airy living area in the other half of the apartment was most welcoming. For the odd lazy night the TV was superb and the sofa comfortable.
The apartment is well located, within 5 minutes of the nearest Kaiser supermarket and 5-10 minutes of the main eateries in Kreuzberg. U-Bahn stations are not too far away and I would happily recommend it to any would be visitor to Berlin.

I'm down to earth, like to meet new people, be with friends, travel, cook, eat, drink, snowboard---not necessarily in that order. When I have the time, I like to work with plastic, making art or objects. I am currently building a startup for specialty printing (feel free to ask ;) of art.
I came to Berlin in 2006, absolutely loved the city, and decided to stay. Originally I wanted to open a hostel here, but now I host in apartments instead. Most of the flats I have listed here are from other owners, I take care of them in their absence. Working with multiple apartments can be quite hard work, but my favorite part is meeting with my guests, it is very rewarding.
I know my way around Berlin pretty well, and can give good tips on where to go when you are in the city. I do my best to make sure the flats are accommodating and comfortable, as I am a traveler myself.
I have an agency, we are now a team of 5 people working together, so do not be surprised if you get an answer from Szandra on my account or if you meet someone altogether different at the apartment, you will be well taken care of, and you can always reach someone who can help you out if need be.
People are important! We will do our best to satisfy your needs. Our apartments are kept very clean, and we respond to all feedback. Professionally cleaned sheets and towels are included, so is a hair dryer and iron. You will also find little comforts in our apartments, such as tea, books, spices... Calendars are up to date, and we are on time. We work hard so you can enjoy your vacation!
