The space
In the light-flooded living room with a distant view over the tops and valleys of the Franconian Forest, everyday life can quickly be forgotten. The small but well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, oven, coffee maker, toaster...) invites you to cook together. After dinner, you like to sit in the cozy dining room or on the terrace with a good glass of Franconian wine and watch the wonderful sunset. Relax after an active day with a bubble bath in the generous tub and then enjoy the tranquility in the cozy king-size double bed. (Your sleeping comfort is important to us, therefore you have the option to choose between a medium hard mattress or a soft topper. Feel free to mention this when booking.)

Our apartment is well suited for allergy sufferers. With every change of guests, mattresses and upholstery are effectively freed from dust mites and dirt with a modern, very effective cleaning system. The Franconian Forest as a typical, multifaceted low mountain range (highest elevation: Döbraberg at 798 m above sea level). NN) is primarily a designated hiking region.
