Fantastic apartment located in Camps Bay, Cape Town with expansive views of the atlantic ocean and Table Mountain. Walking distance to Camps Bay and 10min drive from the city. 3 beautiful en-suite bedroooms and a comfortable open plan living area.

The space
Recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment with breath-taking sea and mountain views situated a short walk from the Camps Bay beach and restaurants

The apartment opens into an entrance hall with magnificent stairs leading up into the spacious open plan living area. The apartment’s ceiling with exposed oregan pine trusses gives a feeling of incredible space and allows the property to really capitalise on the breath-taking views of lions head and the 12 apostles. The lounge has a large, comfortable L-shaped couch with flat screen TV and a cosy fireplace. The kitchen and dining room are stylishly furnished with high end finishes and all necessary mod-cons including integrated fridges, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. The kitchen has a large centre island with breakfast seating for four. Large glass sliding doors open up onto the extremely spacious deck which features a pool, views of the ocean, Lion’s head, Table Mountain and the 12 Apostles. An outdoor braai area, with 2 large sofas is an ideal retreat for the holiday maker wanting to relax with a book on the deck. The pool area also has elegant loungers and tub seating to allow for maximum comfort when enjoying the summer sun.
All three bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom enters with a window framing the view of lions head and the King size bed looks out onto the ocean; the full bathroom has a glorious big bath and huge free-standing shower. The second bedroom features a King size bed which looks onto the deck and expansive sea views. The third bedroom features twin beds with mountain views and a roof window. Both the second and third bedrooms have splendid mountain views from the shower through the apex of the roof. All three bedrooms can either be configured with 1 King size bed or 2 single beds.

Everview Suite can be booked together with Everview Studio if a 4-bedroom unit is required. Everview suite can be booked with Everview Bungalow if a 5 bedroom suite is required; Everview Suite, Everview Studio and Everview Bungalow can all be booked together if a 6 bedroom unit is required.

There is wireless internet access throughout the apartment and full DSTV access. The apartment is serviced daily Monday to Friday.

Camps Bay is a wonderfully central place to explore Cape Town from (just a 10 min drive into the city) whilst still being out of the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a wonderful place to live with much natural beauty and unique views of both the ocean and the mountains.

The myCiti bus stop is 100m from the house and there are 2 dedicated bus routes into Cape Town from there. There is one route clockwise around Camps Bay and another anti-clockwise. Uber is also a fantastic way to get around Cape Town.

It is an amazing place to live with so much natural beauty and unique views of both the ocean and the mountains.
