Interaction with Guests
About your hosts - my partner and I have lived in Kreuzberg for years and are happy to provide guidance on exploring some of Berlin's hidden treasures, to get the most out of your time in Berlin.
We've been known to take visitors out for urban adventures, bar crawls, and family dinners when schedules permit. But you are free to come and go at any hours and enjoy your guestroom privately as you please.
Our location is a chilled-out oasis in the heart of Kreuzberg's very lively, multicultural, and gay friendly Wrangelkiez. Just steps out of the door you have a wide range of cafes, food markets, and budget-friendly restaurants. By day, you have within a short walk a choice of two swimming pools and saunas, free art galleries, the longest remaining section of the Berlin Wall, and Görlitzer Park, where all of Berlin's alternative subcultures converge. By night, you can easily hop between hundreds of bars and clubs open until sunrise and beyond.
This is the real Berlin, unpolished and full of surprises.
We're just steps away from the nearest U-Bahn station, making all of Berlin's terrific public transport network instantly accessible. Alternatively, we're just upstairs from several Bike Rental outfits (8 EUR per day), and Berlin's extensive network of dedicated bike lanes and scenic cycle trails offers the best way to explore the city.
We can also assist you in scheduling bike, boat, or walking tours.

andrew is a perfect host! the apartment is full of personality and very clean. the area is easy to reach and very stimulating. I had a personal problem and unfortunately I could not enjoy the holiday to the fullest ... but Andrew was very understanding and helpful. I would definitely go back to his house!
Stayed in Andrew & Isaac's cozy apartment over a week.
The location was prefect to access everywhere by public transportation, a store 2 minutes by walk could rent a bike. The neighborhood was extremely attractive and energetic, lots bar and restaurant over there.
My hosts were warm and helpful, they made me welcome dinner, shared local culture to me, and gave recommendations I needed to guide me to the attractions. I can't wait to come back to visit the city and stay again in this wonderful place...
Slightly nervous with this first Airbnb 'adventure', with his warm welcome, Andrew and Isaac let me feel directly comfortable. As announced, their cosy apartment is clean and located in a very lively and lovely district of Berlin, Kreuzberg.
Both attentive and respectful of privacy, my only regret is not having been more present and for example talking about music (I think they have indeed an acute taste of music).
I highly recommend this place to anyone.
And personally, I think I found a new base in Berlin ;-)
We had an amazing time in Berlin ! Andrew & Isaac really helped :-) great hosts, nice place, cool and convenient location !
Thank you guys !!!
Andrew welcomed me into his home like an old friend that he was happy to see and helped me to feel comfortable immediately. He offered help to work out my map/train schedule for studio visits which was above and beyond. His home is super cozy and convenient to the best in Berlin !
This is why we AirBnB.
Andrew & Isaac are perfect hosts, happy to share their lovely central Kreuzberg home. Sharing their local knowledge, pointing us in the right direction for bike hire to bars, clubs & restaurants - this all helps the local economy.
Each evening Andrew & Issac recommended a great place to eat, not in the guidebook and of exceptional quality. It's a great place to base your Berlin trip from & we'd love to visit this great city again.
I spent a delightful 7 days here while in Berlin for a conference. Andrew and his partner Isaac were consummate hosts: incredibly warm, generous, deeply knowledgeable about the city, engaging conversationalists, and tremendous cooks. From the moment of my arrival until the time of my departure, I felt genuinely welcome, graciously including me at dinner time meals and in their own social activities when I wasn't exploring the city. The bedroom is quite comfortable and spacious enough for two, and provides more than enough privacy when needed. These hosts and their fun, funky flat in Kreuzberg come with my highest recommendation.

We're relaxed, peacefully hedonistic wanderers, who enjoy nothing more than getting lost in new places and the thrill of meeting new people with unique perspectives from everywhere. But when not on the road, we love hosting visitors from all over, and sharing the playful and experimental facets of Berlin that don't tend to reveal themselves to tourists.
