Ellery Farm is an architecturally designed luxury retreat situated on a stunning 25 acre property in the Southern Highlands.

It is located an easy 90 minute drive from Sydney and Canberra in the beautiful township of Exeter, just 10 minutes from Moss Vale and 20 minutes from Bowral, with an array of restaurants, cafes, wineries, shops and just about anything else you could possibly desire close by.

The space
Ellery Farm is a place for people to come together to relax, to re-connect and to entertain.

It has four bedrooms and is designed to comfortably sleep a total of 10 people so is ideally suited to cater for couples, families, large groups, weekend escapes or wedding gatherings.

With a black façade, flat roof, polished concrete floors (with underfloor heating) and floor to ceiling windows providing a view from every room (including the bathrooms!), Ellery Farm’s contemporary design is both striking and efficient, with its many passive solar features keeping the house warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Beautifully appointed throughout, the house is also fully equipped to meet your every need. The property features a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room including a state-of the art kitchen with stone benchtops, Miele appliances and everything necessary to make delicious, slow food on site if you desire, a dining table that comfortably seats 10 and a spacious living room with a gas fire place, 65 inch television and SONOS speaker system. The master bedroom with ensuite includes a deep stand-alone stone bath and 43 inch television, while the kids retreat with built-in bunks includes a 55 inch television and plenty of space for just chilling out with games, books and mats for yoga or pilates provided. A high chair, porta-cot and blankets are also available. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Outside there is a large deck, gas barbeque, and stunning fire pit with seating, as well as plenty of space for children to run around.
