Our cozy 1930's cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. The spacious open-concept living/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa and is adjacent to a full kitchen. The separate bedroom has a queen-size bed and is located next to a small bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower. A spiral staircase leads up to a lofted area that provides another space to get away and relax, or for extra storage. Included is Comcast Xfinity WIFI and Cable Television. Central Air. And extra coffee in the fridge .

The space
The cottage is well-situated on the periphery of Saugatuck's downtown historic district, with shops and restaurants a short stroll away. Enjoy lovely views of Lake Kalamazoo (the harbor) and Coughlin Park from the Adirondack chairs on the front patio. Plus enjoy a private, fenced outdoor patio in the side yard, with chaise lounges and an outdoor dining table. Even better, it includes a driveway/parking spot - which is especially coveted in downtown Saugatuck in the Summer.

Where you’ll be

Saugatuck, Michigan, United States

The Saugatuck Center for the Arts is a stone’s throw away, offering equity theatre performances, concerts, film screenings, rotating exhibitions, and more. For an entertaining perspective of both Saugatuck and sister city Douglas, board the amphibious Mighty Duck across the street and ride through both towns before launching into the Kalamazoo River for a scenic view of the waterfront on both sides.
