Beautiful and walkable

Our cozy 1930's cottage sleeps up to 6. The open-concept living/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa adjacent to a full kitchen. The separate bedroom has a queen-size bed and is located next to a small bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower. A spiral staircase leads up to a lofted area that provides another space to get away and relax, with twin mattresses on 2 separate built-in platforms. Included is Comcast Xfinity WIFI and Cable Television. Central Air. And extra coffee in the fridge .

The space
The cottage is well-situated on the periphery of Saugatuck's downtown historic district, with shops and restaurants a short stroll away. Enjoy lovely views of Lake Kalamazoo (the harbor) and Coughlin Park from the Adirondack chairs on the front patio. Plus enjoy a private, fenced outdoor patio in the side yard, with chaise lounges and an outdoor dining table. Even better, is the private driveway/parking spot - which is especially coveted in downtown Saugatuck in the busy Summer season.
