Between London's financial center and it's arts and media centre, Spitalfields is one of the most interesting areas in London. You get a sense of being in the capital city when you stand on either of the two balconies and look up at the sky scrapers that surround you. When you walk out of the front door to the street you are immediately surrounded by buildings of british Victorian architecture. This contrasting mix is a consistent theme in London through it's music, arts, language, food, architecture and people.
Walk to many of London’s key attractions. Hoxton, Brick Lane, and Shoreditch are literally on the door-step, where you’ll find art galleries, museums, boutique shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and markets. The Tate Modern, London Dungeon, The Museum of London and the Design museum are within walking distance. Both the heart of London’s financial district and the art and media centers are within minutes of the apartment.
The lift brings you to the top floor of a contemporary building, where the 60m2 suite sits with its two balconies, running the entire length of the apartment. One faces north with breathtaking views of the city the other faces south towards Aldgate and the River Thames. Frying Pan Alley is a walkway, which means the apartment although being positioned in the heart of bustling London, enjoys almost complete silence guaranteeing the perfect nights sleep.
The apartment is designed to modern standards with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, 32-inch LCD TV, DVD player, High speed WIFI internet connection and freeview Cable television. There is also an ipod/iphone/MP3 docking station so that you can enjoy your music. A collection of books and DVD's for both children and adults is also in the apartment for you to use whilst your here.
Please be aware that this apartment is in a building where people live regularly and therefore we ask you to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 8am, this doesn't mean that you need to be silent, just that this apartment is not suitable for parties or loud music between these times.
It takes 17 minutes via Liverpool Street’s Central line to get to Oxford Circus and the many theatres of London’s West End. The Central Line runs through the heart of London and stops five minutes walk from the apartment. Spitalfields market which is open everyday is also within 200 metres of the apartment.
There’s a luxury king size double bed in the bedroom and an extremely comfortable (and easy to use) king size folding sofa bed in the living room. Both beds are fitted with 4 luxury pillows of different sizes and softness as well as luxury bedclothes to ensure that no matter what you prefer your bed to be like, you’ll enjoy a good comfortable nights sleep here!

Let me know if you'd like more info! :)
We found this apartment to be a great size for London and a fantastic location. We were met at the apartment by Anita (one of Clive's team) and she went through everything for us. The water pressure in the bathroom isn't great but we but this down to being an old building - everything else is fantastic. Thanks for a great stay!
I only had a few communications with Clive. They were timely and professional.
I am not sure if it is standard but we were charged a late check in fee. We arrived at 8:30pm or so. This is somewhat unfair for those travelling by plane as there is little flexibility re arrival times. It would have been nice to know ahead of our booking. We were informed after we payed for the booking.
The apartment is on the 4th floor but the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. You will need to walk up the last storey. This may be relevant to some clients.
Great location, near market, restaurants, Liverpool street station...
Enjoyed our stay.
LA UBICACIÓN, EL ESPACIO, LUZ, MOVILIARIO...
The flat is fantastic, a lovely place in a perfect trendy and alive area. The landlord was so nice. Just to raise an objection, the times to check in and check out were a little stricts.
It is hard to truly explain how wonderful this experience was. The flat is gorgeous and quite large. The location is as perfect as I thought it would be. Clive and his team are very professional and yet very human. It was a pleasure to meet them, and to get to know Clive better. We were there 19 days (not long enough), and it truly felt like home. I am looking forward to next year. Thank you again. Kindest regards, Cindy and Bob.
Many thanks for helping us to find the flat. Althought if the flat is near Liverpool street station, I was lost and your team help us to find it.
Very available team. Flat very clean, very well equipped an situated.
Clive was extremely accommodating and flexible. We were greeted upon arrival and briefed on the unit which was quite clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect near the Liverpool Station and busses to allow us to easily tour. It was a classic business district with plenty of pubs and a nearby grocery store (Tesco) which made our stay incredibly enjoyable.
Superbly located only a few minutes walk from Liverpool Street station and quite easy to find with the host's detailed instructions (it is on a small pedestrianized street). The apartment itself is modern, spacious and reasonably priced given what the equivalent in a hotel would cost.
During our stay we did have a few minor setbacks. The refrigerator was not working (we were not aware of this on arrival), so the few items we had purchased for breakfast were warm and not usable by morning. Also, three of us could not figure out how to open the folding bed in the living room, so one of us had to sleep on the couch, which was not the most comfortable. The host's welcome packet did not have instructions on how to set this up; there were instructions on how to set up an air bed, but we could only find the pump in the apartment.
excellent service, clean apartment, and amazingly located. highly recommended.
The apartment is a bit tricky to find the first time, but very easy to get back to. Everything was exactly as described and in good working order. Clive and his team were able to work with my flexible check-in time and were easy to get ahold of. I would definitely stay again.
