Excellent, Comfortable, and Amazing Private Room!!
I have a private loft on the 3rd floor of my house with door and lock in my 3 bedroom house available. It's pretty big and comfortable. Nice room for a couple as it has a bit bigger bed (semi-double). It has nice views of the city and lots of sunlight. It is possible to put 1 extra futon in here and have 2 sleeping surfaces if you are 2 friends or need it. I will give you a set of keys for the house and room so you can come and go as you please. There is no curfew.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
Conveniently near ROPPONGI and central SHIBUYA, Ebisu is easily accessed by the JR Yamanote (the main Tokyo Train Loop) and Hibiya lines via Ebisu Station. Together with the trendy neighboring communities of Daikanyama and Hiroo, it has boutiques, vintage stores and patisseries all within easy walking distance from Ebisu station. Therefore, Ebisu is one of the most expensive places to live in in Tokyo. You will be closer to almost everything here. Just think of the money you will save in train fare, taxi fare, and the extra time you will have to be enjoying TOKYO.
EBISU: Upscale neighborhood home to Ebisu Garden Place which includes The Beer Museum Yebisu and the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Photography!!
Ebisu Station is surrounded by restaurants and lively at night.
Footnik (Soccer), What the Dickens (Live Music), and Red Dragon ( Foreign Food) are popular in the area.
FREE: in-house Wi-Fi, bedding, towels, and basic toiletries provided. You are free to use the washing machine, living room, and kitchen as well. There is bicycle or motorbike parking included if needed. I may have an extra bicycle I can rent you too if you are interested.
Big SHOWER Room with bathtub and separate Toilet room.
Bathroom SINK w/ big MIRROR.
Kitchen/ Living Room with STOVE, FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, SOFA, TEA KETTLE, and TABLES.
HAIRDRYER and IRON available.
A/C and HEATER in every room.
Wi-Fi and WASHING MACHINE.
ALSO, I have 2 other bedrooms in this house if you need to accommodate 4-7 people. I usually live here but I often travel as well. Please email if you would like to rent out 2 bedrooms at the same time and we can build it into 1 reservation. It is also possible to rent out the whole!! I have a separate listing for this.

CHEERS AND HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU!!!
Our first airbnb (out of 5) for our 3 week Japan trip - it was a good first week and highly recommended due to easy access (to the staton, places to eat) simple and fair rules. Will was very lovely, laid back and accommodating to our questions and requests. The house is clean, all facilities available and convenience stores nearby too. :)
Highly recommend. I never got the opportunity to meet with Will, however he returned my messages quickly and was always helpful with any questions I had. The detailed directions provided with pictures were easy to follow from the Westin Hotel. Apartment is located in a safe quiet area which is walking distance to most things in the city.
Will has a nice house just outside the centre of Ebisu in a safe Japanese/European neighborhood that is good value to stay and just a 10 minute walk from the train station.
The house was clean, safe for your valuables, easy to find, near some nice restaurants and away from the craziness of there center of town.... this is somewhere i will stay again!
The loft room is nice and comfortable and the best of all the rooms for size.
I recommend this listing.
Cozy space in a cool neighborhood. If you're planning to spend most of your time in Tokyo out and about, this is great place to crash at the end of the day. Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet Will, but he was very easy to work with and we got into the apartment just fine. Would love to stay again.
It was awesome! Such a comfy room and bed! It was very clean!!!!
Will responded so quickly when I needed a room the same day I arrived to Tokyo! He was also very helpful and informative about getting around the city! He's been there for five years so he knows what he's talking about!
Also, I traveled alone so he invited me to the beach and to explore the nightlife with him and his friends! It was so much fun!!!
I had a great time staying here! With Will's directions, the place was very easy to find, and it was in a great location that was so convenient to get everywhere I wanted to go in the city. The room itself was very comfortable and homey, and I would definitely stay again if I can make it back to Tokyo. Many thanks, Will!
Great area, great place, quiet and convenient.
Will was helpful and friendly. His directions were great. The place was clean and I really liked the upstairs view. I met some other nice guests while staying here which was really fun.
Also, I love a clean towel and there was one waiting for me.
Will was extremely friendly and made us feel really at home the moment we stepped into his house. We really liked Ebisu and exploring the surrounding areas, we found some great restaurants in Daikanyama about 15 mins away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would defiantly recommend it.
We had an amazing trip in Japan and spent 3 nights at Will’s place.
The room is larger than it looks in the photos. It’s lovely and bright with an exceptionally comfy bed.
The apartment overall including the toilet and shower was very clean, and the shower pressure was AMAZING! Again the bathroom is larger than it appears in the photos.
Will’s home is about 15 mins walk from the train platform including getting out of the station itself which is quite large. It was nice and sunny so we didn’t mind the walk – though with heavy cases it seemed further.
We were out site seeing a lot of the time, so though we didn’t spend much time with him – I can say Will was very sweet and laid back.
A comfortable and pleasant stay.
