My stay with Gaby and Oty was absolutely wonderful! The Inn is absolutely beautiful and comfortable and they are two of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to meet. The weather wasn't favourable when I was in Belize, so I spent a lot of time by myself - but, they never hesitated to help me out if I needed a ride or advice. Wonderful experience, I would definitely go back and stay again!
We enjoyed our stay with Gaby and Oty very much. They are lovely hosts. Their gardens are delightful! Our room was quite comfortable and had a lovely view. Great Wi-Fi....The neighborhood was safe and if we needed to get anywhere, Gaby volunteered to get us there. We enjoyed visiting with other guests over a delicious Belizean breakfast Oty prepared for us. I'd recommend taking a few items with you as they were not readily available (especially on Good Friday when NOTHING but the Best Western was open!) We could have used some bottled water - a snack - a soda....Had I known the bare essentials would not be readily available, I'm sure I could have asked Gaby to have it for us and he would have.... so check in advance! Would stay with them again.
Gaby and Oty were wonderful hosts. The place is very close to all of the action, close to the airport yet it's on the end of it's own road that dead ends at a canal, so it's quiet, peaceful and has an almost "secluded Feel". Oty made a wonderful breakfast which was delicious and they have a nice little garden and some chairs to sit on the canal that runs beside the house. We will stay here again and look forward to seeing Gaby and Oty again and speaking with them - very nice, gracious hosts.
Staying with Gaby and his wife was and absolute pleasure. He drove us to a near by Lebanese restaurant after we got in and it was a great suggestion at that. The room was just what we needed. Breakfast in the morning was the best breakfast we had in Belize. It was a great last stay in Belize.
My husband and I had a wonderful time! Gaby picked us up at the airport and provided us with suggestions of where to eat for our first night ( Sahara's is delicious !) Location was great, the accomodations were well kept, comfortable and charming. We had an easy time getting around, taking walks and relaxing at the end of the day in the garden and hearing fish jump. When we made it up in time Oty made delicious breakfast. Both Oty and Gaby are fantastic hosts; they were able to talk to us about current affairs, give great suggestions as to activities, an kept us laughing with good jokes. We would definitely come back again to D'Nest! Thank you both for making our first trip to Belize wonderful- we're sad that we didn't stay longer before going South.
We found our stay at D'Nest to be decent. We stayed our final night in Belize as the location is close to the airport.
