I have several rooms between 2 flats in the same building. Maybe I can give you a whole flat if all the rooms are free, otherwise you'd have to share the common areas.
Thanks a lot and see you soon!

Interaction with Guests

The flat is ideally located within a 10 minute walk or a couple of minutes by taxi of Broad Street, the ICC & Symphony Hall and the NIA. The Bullrin(website hidden)box and other shopping areas are also within easy reach. The NEC is 8 miles away and as the flat has free car parking it is a convenient place to stay for anyone attending an exhibition at the NEC but wanting to stay in Birmingham.

Other Things to Note

Respect the (website hidden) belongings, leave the room as you found it, clean your own dishes and cutlery after use so other guests can use. Please lock the main door always behind you when you leave the building. Please note we have a quiet time after 11pm so guests can sleep and not be disturbed.
Cosy and clean room, two bathrooms and a kitchen as well as a living room with a washing machine - there's everything you might need!
Great time in Manu's place! I did not see him by myself but his friend, Ali and his assistant Neus. Both of them are very friendly and helpful. The kitchen are well equipped, even to an Asian like me. Location is okay, it takes about 30 mins walking to city centre.
Thanks for the hosting, We had a nice stay in birmingham. The room is perfect for a short stay, the room and the shared bathroom is very clean. It is also a very convenient place, it takes around 15 minutes to walk into the city and there is also a huge parking space behind the building, we left the car there and we did not even have to pay... Would def stay there again! Cheers, antonia
Happy with the room. Convenient location for access to central Birmingham. Exactly what I needed for a nights rest. Thanks :)
Room was clean and similar to the pics. The facilities in the kitchen were good and the bathrooms were always clean. The Internet signal was good as well.
Although this property is setup essentially as a hostel, the rooms are private and clean, and Ali was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Location was very much centric to Birmingham, although I was only staying overnight passing through.
For the price, the property filled my needs and met my expectations quite well.
Great staff, Ali was super nice, helpful and well informed as was Rodrigo. The room was clean and well arranged the kitchen and living room also very clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were in good condition. Overall I can strongly recommend the place.

I am currently away on holiday and have left my friend Ali to manage the bnb for me until I am back. Ali is a senior menswear fashion designer, concept artist and illustrator. He has been living in Birmingham about 5 years now. Most likely all your booking and inquiries will be dealt by him now as I have full confidence he is an excellent host and a trustworthy friend. I will be in constant touch with him throughout my holiday to make sure all is well and guests are happy.
I am a Chemist and Spanish Teacher from Spain living in the UK since 2012 and I like meeting people from all over the world.
I know it's not always easy but I like when there's time to share with guests, going out, etc.
There's a famous and cheap Indian restaurant next to my 2 flats called Chennai Dosa and I like having dinner with my guests when it's possible.
I live 1 minute away from the 2 towers which inspired JRR Tolkien writing The Lord of the Rings and 2 mins walking from The Oratory where He used to participate and 1 minute from The Plough and Harrow hotel where he stayed as well.
