  • We had a great stay at Uzi's place. The appartment is clean, well furnished and looks like on the pictures.

  • Our stay at the Fashionista was awesome! Yoki was easy to get a hold of, especially when our flight didn't come in until 11pm. The place had all the amenities. Everything is close by. Would definitely stay there again. The patio downstairs was adorable. Our neighbor had a BBQ and they even invited us.

  • We where four girls in this apartment in July and we had a great stay. The place is very nice and comfortable. It's close to everything and you feel safe in the area.

  • This apt was so fun! it looks exactly like the pictures...light and pretty! Hadar and Yoki were very nice hosts. They were always looking out , available, and able to help you with anything you needed. The location was accessible to the subway, Union Square,Chelsea and Mid and Uptown. Surrounded by a variety of very cool restaurants and stores, it is an excellent choice:)

  • This was a very nice place at a very convenient location in NYC. I didn't get to meet Hadar or any of his nice helpers but I did come in contact with Yoki. She was extremely helpful whenever we had any requests, particularly when we didn't have heating. She brought over an extra heater to help us last through the night, even when the central heating stopped working. Hopefully they have the problem solved, otherwise this was a great experience.

  • My husband and I had a lovely 6 night stay in November. The apartment is clean and well kept and we found it to be in a very convenient location for everything we wanted....We like to walk and found that we didn't need to use the subway once as we could just walk everywhere.

As others have said, the mattress is foam so is rather soft, but because we were expecting this, it wasn't a big problem. Our only complaint was that there isn't a duvet on the bed. The blanket left us feeling a bit chilly some nights so pack some warm pyjamas if you are going in winter.

Overall, we found it to be a very good value option and we would recommend it to our friends.

  • couldn't have asked for an easier check in / check out. everything was seamless and the apartment is in great condition. very clean and comfortable.

  • Everything was a breeze, from check in to check out. The apartment was tidy, clean and is ideally situated to explore such an amazing city. There were three of us we had adequate space. There is a little galley kitchen with a full cooker and oven should you want to make your own food. Whilst we stayed, we had a temperamental internet connection, i.e. hardly worked, so bear this in mind if having an active connection is essential for work. Close to the subway (3 minutes), a 15 minute walk to Union Square, what more could you want! If we needed to stay in this part of the city, we'd stay again.

  • This is à comfortable stay. Very Clean and all THE basics 's are There . THE codes with our arrival worked great. only THE matrass could have been netter.

  • First of all my rating is due to our previous experiences, we'd spent 2 weeks in much larger accommodation both in California, so the "drop" in surface was all the more frustrating. We were travelling with 2 teenagers and there was less room in the flat than in the average double queen hotel room, but then again, this is Manhattan we're talking about!
The contact with both Hadar & Yoki was flawless and always prompt entirely satisfactory.
Our departure flight was late in the day and they let us leave our luggage in the flat much later than was stated in the contract and were always easy to contact.
The building is being remodeled and we had to bear with the discomfort of (very) smelly and rather dangerous stairs. But of course these issues are transitory and will probably soon be but memories.
The avenues around the flat are as advertised, very lively and offer the full range of NYC foody/nightlife, we walked to the Empire State Building, Times Square and even to Chinatown, both Little India and Koreatown are within a stone's throw of the flat too. There are 24 hr diners, pizza parlours & Delis both on 2nd and on 3rd Avenue.
So overall a positive experience but indeed marred by our previous rentals & by the transitory situation of the building's remodelling.
