Our villa are located in Vourvoulos, perhaps the quietest and most unspoiled village in Santorini, ideally set just 3 km from Fira, 10 km from Oia and close to the beach. This newly built villa blends Cycladic architecture with modern design, offering a peaceful retreat. What truly sets it apart is the private hot tub and the breathtaking, uninterrupted Aegean views — a rare escape where Santorini still feels untouched.

The space
The villa features a calming palette of white and grey with subtle green touches, while abundant natural light makes the space truly special.

You enter through the front yard into a hallway with traditional tiles, leading to a fully renovated kitchen and a cozy living room with a smart TV and built-in sofas, all framed by stunning views. The bedroom offers a king-size built-in bed with an anatomical mattress and a walk-in closet.

The bathroom follows Cycladic architecture, while the terrace — with its wooden couch and hot tub — is perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine.

Guest access
The Villa provide air-conditioning, a smart TV (with Netflix), a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, pots and frying pan. Also, there is an outdoor hot tub with an amazing view, overlooking the vineyards of Santorini and the crystal clear Aegean sea.

Two towels, a beach towel and a bathrobe are provided for each guest.

Guests can park their vehicle in the nearby streets for free.

Other things to note
From the balcony, the yard and even the house rooms, the guests enjoy the breathtaking views of the east part of the island. From Pori beach in the northeast to Kamari beach and Profitis Ilias mountain, while in front of you lays the Aegean Sea. A few islands appear in the horizon, Anafi island to your right and if the weather allows it Anidros and Klisidi. If you are lucky, a few times a year, while enjoying a relaxing jacuzzi on the terrace, you can even see Amorgos island and some of Astypalaia's mountains.
