Rubbish collection from the street is daily, rubbish/trash is to be put outside after 5pm
Pets are not normally allowed to stay or to visit the property. You will benefit from a clean and healthy environment, thanks to this rule. The tenant is responsible for any pets allowed to enter the property and any damage they might cause.
The property is to be returned in clean condition (professional cleaning standard) and free from personal belongings, just as found upon arrival. Professional cleaning at check-in and check-out is pre-organised, all you have to do is agree a time directly with cleaners for checkout. Otherwise 10am checkoout cleaning applies
Additional extra or regular cleaning for longer stays can be organised your convenience and cost will depend on condition. Rate: £13 per hour. Allow 4 hours for light cleaning, 8 hours for deep cleaning. You will find direct contact details for the cleaning company when you book, and also in the property, to make arrangements directly at your convenience
A late check-in is offered for after 18:00 / 6:00pm for a small £25 fee to be paid to our representative upon arrival

We had a wonderful stay at Paulo's apt: very well located, many good restaurants, pubs, lively neighbourhood! Bus stop at the door, metro station at 5 min.
The apt itself is nice, clean, well equipped. We arrived early from an oversea/overnignt flight and Paulo accomodated us so we could get the apt earlier, which was very appreciated.
The flat is very nice and efficient equiped for a good stay. The livingroom and the bedroom are enought separated to not disturb the person that go to the bed. The place is excellent. Upper street is a great zone with bus in front the house door and it is very close a Victoria lane tube station which is one of the fastest lanes to reach the city center. Owing to the bars and restaurants, it is some noisy during weekend but we always be tired because we visit many places and thats was not a trouble for us. Also the Paul´s team did a great job because we had a trouble with other dirty flat and they made a quick check in during saturday night. I will book it again if I would return to london next year.
Paulo was clear, accommodating, warm and straightforward. We had an excellent stay in the flat, which was clean, spacious, colourfully decorated, equipped with towels and kitchen essentials. The bed was comfortable, the sofa bed also. The location is excellent and we really felt at home. I would definitely recommend Paulo and be delighted to stay there again.
There's a bunch of reviews for this place already that list detailed pros and cons, so I had a fair idea of what to expect and thankfully I had no nasty surprises and just a very comfortable stay. Paul and his team keep the place maintained well, and are quick to respond to anything you may enquire about.
This rental was exactly what we wanted. We are a couple in our sixties who love to travel to foreign places and live in local residences that can integrate us well into the life of the area. This rental could not have been better suited for us -- many cosy amenities in the apartment such as a Nespresso coffee maker, mobile phone for local usage, good quality linens, light-obscuring window treatments, a very well stocked kitchenette, a washing machine for light laundry, reliable Wifi service, and a hairdryer. The apartment was great for visits from our two grown sons and their friends, who came in more than once for coffee and card playing before dinner.
The locale is perfect -- excellent access to London transport, and a multitude of shops, restaurants and pubs in a young, thriving community. We left wishing that we owned a flat in the area.
