This beautiful and newly renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a traditional Viennese historic building in a quiet side street lined by chestnut trees in the centre of Vienna.
The apartment has been fitted out with loving attention to detail and guarantees an absolute feel-good factor for your stay in Vienna.
The apartment opens into a hallway with cupboard, bathroom and WC, in addition to a practical storage room (with washing machine) and leads into the generously sized and sunny living room / bedroom.
The living room / bedroom is south-facing and benefits from the traditional Viennese historical flair with its high ceilings and parquet floor. It has a modern and fully equipped new built-in kitchen with all mod cons, dining table, wardrobe and chest of drawers in addition to a modern and comfortable sofa bed (140x200).
The apartment also features a new flat screen television, stereo system with iPod connection and mobile internet (NEW: now also available for ipad/iphone)
The apartment is only a few minutes’ walk through the green Venediger Au (park) to Praterstern, the central transport hub in Vienna. Connections to the underground railway lines U1, U2, tram lines O, 5 and all major high-speed railway lines are available here. This is also the location of the largest terminal for the popular Vienna City Bikes.
The centre of Vienna (Schwedenplatz - Stephansplatz - Kärntnerstraße) is only a short journey by underground or tram (only two stations away) or 15 minutes by foot.
All shops for daily needs are located in close proximity to the apartment, along with numerous restaurants, genuine Viennese pubs and bistros, Wiener Prater, Riesenrad, Messegelände Wien and trendy Karmelitermarkt. The two largest and most important local recreation areas - grϋne Prater and the Wiener Donauinsel (Danube Island) - are both only five minutes' walk away.

We really want you to enjoy the time during your stay. We have spent a lot of time and efforts to make the apartment a cosy place for our guests and ourselves (as we stay there every time we come back to Vienna and it feels for us like a second home).
