  • Ron and Sallie are wonderful! My husband and I got to meet Ron and he was absolutely lovely! It was so nice chatting with him and getting to know him. The room was so nice and comfortable. The location is very convenient and we loved being so close to the shopping centre. If we're lucky to come back to Honolulu we'd definitely stay here again!

  • They are great hosts and very accomodating. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a place to stay in Honolulu. I especially appreciated the promptness and professionalism they displayed.

  • The location was good! The hotel was connected to Ala Moana shopping center which is the biggest shopping center in Hawaii.
The room was good. Everything was more than expected. The room was more spacious than the pictures posted.
Since there was not a hotel service, we had to wash our used towels but it was actually good because i could wash my wet clothes with the towels. So i could have clean and dried clothes all the time. There were two laundry rooms in the building so it was easy to wash clothes but plenty of quarters were needed so i recommend anyone who stays there prepare quarters if you are to wash clothes.
Since i rented a car, i had to park at the hotel. I got the parking voucher from the front desk so the parking was "only" 20 dollars a day.
The balcony provided a good ocean view and made it easy to look outside the ocean so i liked it too.
Four big drawers were very useful too. Since we stayed there for four days we could have unpacked all the clothes and belongings and put them in the drawers.
    I enjoyed staying there.

  • A very good room with a nice view across the to the (email hidden)e bed was comfortable and the room equipped with all you could want if you wanted to prepare some light meals for yourself(but not worth it with all the restaurants in the shopping centre across the road) I liked being out of the centre of Waikiki (5 mins by bus)and found the local area very relaxing with a beautiful park only 50 metres away,a truly ideal place for families or couples, highly recommended.

  • Ron and Sallie are amazing hosts. Unfortunately I was not able to meet Sallie during the duration of my trip but had the pleasure of meeting Ron. The room they provided was perfect and was exactly how they described it. Plus it had an amazing view.

  • Lovely condo in a great location. The view from Floor 12 at Ala Moana is awesome. I would highly recommend this place. The place is immaculate and the owner a friendly, welcoming person.

  • Ron and Sallie were wonderful hosts! I dealt mainly with Ron but got to speak with Sallie over the phone. Ron was always accessible via phone and was more than helpful. The room comfortable enough in pictures but was more than what we expected. Beds and pillows were comfy and changed mid way through out ten day straight. Bathroom was the perfect size and clean (first world pressure is the best!). The mini fridge, kitchen items were clean and better than what you would get in a hotel. Check in and check out were a breeze. I can't say enough good things about Ron and Sallee! The location was perfect for a quiet nights sleeps but had trolleys to waikiki and a bus stop that could take you any where. Being near the mall definitely is convenient! Safe, comfortable, hospitably and most definitely Ron and Sallie go beyond the extra mile. Excited to try their other properties. I vouch for them 200%. It was a wonderful first time Airbnb experience!

  • Ron and Sallie were great hosts. Their place was clean and fresh! They provided simple amenities to get us thru our vacation such as refrigerator, microwave, plates & utensils, and even a same bag of kona coffee for the coffee maker. The room was a pleasure with the air conditioner on at night giving us a quiet a peaceful rest with the patio door closed. Love the black out curtains too. We had to do laundry, it was one floor up, machine gave us change for detergent, washer and dryer.
These were important factors especially when traveling with an infant. We loaded up on healthy snacks and delicious Japanese from Shirokiya dept. store a short walk over the sky bridge to the Ala Moana Shopping center, and from the convenience store in the hotel that was open until 11:30 at night. Great after a long day out on the town to replenish with water, local juices.

Overall we had a great comfortable stay, we left well rested!

Mahalo Nui Loa Ron & Sallie! :)
