Paradise on earth, 1 hour from Paris, in an extraordinary setting, on the banks of the Loiret River. I offer a duplex studio of 30 m2, all comfort, in my house, with independent entrance, 250m from the tram. Come and relax and enjoy the joys of the pool and water activities.

The space
The studio, recently renovated, very bright, offers on the ground floor an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric plates, fridge), independent toilet and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The sleeping area is on the 1st floor with a double bed (160 X 200) facing the TV, and a small seating area with a single sofa bed (90 X 190). Guests can enjoy a private garden of 40m2, with barbecue and garden furniture, as well as a parking space.

Guest access
Shared with the owner (opposite the owner's bay windows), come and cool off in the 8mX4m (unheated) swimming pool, open from June to mid-October, overlooking the river (no opposite view), lounge on the deckchairs on the sandy beach, or on the panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the river. Various boats are at your disposal to discover the romantic charm in the guinguette spirit of this beautiful river: kayaks, canoes, boat (directly in the water in the boat garage), and an inflatable paddle board (in the blue glass garden shed, next to the pool)

Also available: ping pong table, petanque balls (gravel court 100m away), the equipment is to be picked up in the blue glass room next to the pool. 3 adult bikes are offered for walks along the Loiret or the Loire, go to the city center of Orleans (15 min), or buy your bread (5 min).  The bikes are located in the bike room, at the back of the gravel driveway, next to the entrance door of the accommodation (open the lock with the small key present on the keychain)

Points of vigilance: access to the river is not fenced, to preserve a total opening on the river, so be careful with children. For tall people, you will need to lower your head when you go up the stairs so as not to bump your forehead. As this is a duplex with stairs, the accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
