If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed.
Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

The space
The studio is in the back of our home and is attached to our garage space. It does not share any common walls with our house. You will have your own private deck space and parking area. The small deck area is nice for morning coffee or an evening drink by the fire pit. The bed is a Queen size. There is a
kitchenette (no stove). We provide:
fridge
microwave (with microwave cooking dishes)
hot plate with 3 pans,
toaster oven
electric skillet (great for one pot meals or making
eggs and bacon)
coffee pot ( coffee, sugar, creamer, tea)
electric blender
small crock pot
gas grill outside
dishes, silverware and items needed for cooking.
The bathroom shower has a seat, we provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
There are beach towels in the closet, 2 beach chairs, in a bag on the deck and an umbrella in the closet for the beach. An iron and small ironing board in the closet. There is a small private deck area with a table and 2 chairs. Cushions for the deck chairs are also in the closet. Please bring them inside if it rains.

Guest access
Please park you car on the left side of our house on the stones in front of the garage door. Our studio is at the back of our garage/workshop. We do not park our cars here or use the work shop when we have guests staying with us. You will have the entire place to yourself. The studio does not share any common walls with us. This makes it very private.

Other things to note
Must be 21 yrs old to book.

We try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times, unless of course we have back to back guests, then check in is 2pm and check out is 11am.

Due to Ruth's allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

We offer Netflix, and other free channels. You can use your sign in for apps you have at home.

It takes a full 2 minute to heat up the water in the kitchen and bathroom.

Air conditioning and heat is a mini split heat and air conditioner.

Cushions for deck chairs are in the closet.

Beach chairs are in a bag on the deck.

Shower height is 6 feet 8 inches.

Please only use 2 kitchen appliances at the same time so as not to flip a breaker.

Neighborhood highlights

It is generally very quiet, friendly neighborhood of homes built in the 1950's. Week days you can hear the train a couple times in the EARLY morning. If you have your windows open, it is louder. If you are a light sleeper, you may want ear plugs.

The closest beach access is 2 miles from our house.
