Welcome to this beautiful upstairs 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment! Centrally located in Fairfax Village, one of the most sought-after Hollywood neighborhoods.
Walking distance to restaurants and shops, the Grove, Farmer's Market, Pam Pacific Park and much more.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space. The entire apartment has hardwood floors. The second bedroom comes with one full-sized bed and one twin.
The bathroom its original 1920's setup with a bathtub and a shower. Both living room and kitchen are spacious and airy. Despite its central location, the apartment has a very suburban feel to it, with nice views of a palm tree-lined street and quiet surroundings.
I want you to enjoy all the culture Los Angeles has to offer while experiencing them in the most comfortable way possible! Please contact me if you have any additional questions!
Please note, all sinks and toilet are in working order. If there is a blockage, you will be responsible for the repair. So please try not to stuff the toilet with toilet paper or feminine products and use the drain protectors for the sinks.
Much appreciated, thank you :)
Angie was great. She responded when we needed her in a timely manner. The listing description was very accurate. The apartment is large with beautiful artwork. The neighborhood was excellent - safe and vibrant. The perfect location for visiting the mid Los Angeles area.
Host made us feel very comfortable and responded quickly to calls or emails. The apartment was just as pictures showed and neighborhood was great. Only issue is you have to be careful with parking do to restrictions.
The apartment was great, the neighborhood was great, Angie was great.
Recurring theme: great
Neighbourhood was great. House was big but very old, very dated furniture, very sober kitchen. awfull smell when you came in. Sheets were not clean, I washed them first...
we did not feel very comfortable inside.
cleaning lady or Angie hard to reach,
so I would not advice to other people.
When we arrived to check in at 10pm there was no key in the lock box for the designed apartment. I called Angie's number, the cleaners number and also another number given to me by a neighbor several times but there was no answer. After about 45 minutes I had a call back from Tony who happened to be passing by the area. He said I was lucky he was nearby and came to help out. Tony couldn't let us into the apartment we paid for, but he was able to give us access to the apartment below which also belongs to Angie.
The apartment was not great.
Nice sofa, coffee table and TV set up
Big dining room table
Very dark apartment
Very poorly equipped kitchen
Master bedroom is really dark with blinds that do not open
Bathroom shower is a trickle, and the lighting in there is also very dark
I appreciate this wasn't the room we were expecting, but seeing as it's the room I paid for this is not worth paying $150 a night for.
The best thing about Angie's is the location. The house apartment was nice but old and clean but in a hurry. Comunication was good at the begining but went off after check in.
Spacious apartment. Ideally located: very central location in LA in a beautiful neighborhood. Angie is very nice and will help you quickly if any issue arises.
