Stylish and luxury apartment in central Athens. A fully equipped & totally renovated apartment (March.2023) that can easily accommodate 8 persons. Just 3 min walk from the metro station and 5 from the National Archeological Museum. 3 bedrooms with big closets, 4 big Smart TV's with Netflix & Amazon Prime,PC with internet, PlayStation4. Fresh sheets, blankets and towels are all provided. A/C all over the place for your comfort and a fully equipped kitchen.
The space
Entering the house you will find a Hall Tree with a Big mirror to accommodate you every time you enter or leave the apartment.
The apartment has 3 spacious Bedrooms, a cozy hall / living room area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower panel and two balconies. There is Air Conditioning in all of the rooms, that can be used for both cooling and heating.
- Hall Area
Across the entrance wall there is a wall mounted desk with two integrated fully functioning computers. This surface can also be used as a dining table.
- Living Room
The first thing you will notice is the lighting set up of the room. You can sit comfortably and watch Netflix, Amazon Prime or browse the internet on a 43" smart TV mounted on the wall in front of you.
- Bedroom 1 - Iris. Calming blue walls with intricate designs will welcome you on a big double bed. Next to the built in wardrobe with hangers, you will find a dressing table with a chair to help you get ready for going out. If you choose to stay though there is plenty to stream on Netflix or Amazon Prime on a 43" smart TV. You can also regulate the temperature with an A/C.
- Bedroom 2 - Daisy. We created a welcoming feng shui feeling for a cozy and uplifting vibe! For the practical part of it, you will find a big wardrobe and a dressing table. Also the is an 43" smart TV to stream any content you want, while you have an A/C at your disposal.
- Bedroom 3 - Azalea. Warm pink walls will sooth you to sleep, unless you want to watch Netflix, access the internet on the 43" smart TV or you want to catch up some work using your laptop at the desk next to the wardrobe. A/C also included in this bedroom.
- Trendy Kitchen
You will find anything you want in this modern kitchen. An oven, a cooktop, a fridge with refrigerator, glasses, plates, utensils, pots and of course a versatile pan.
- Revitalising Bathroom
In this room you will find a modern washbasin with adjustable color on its mirror.
Furthermore you will admire the walk in shower and the standing hydromassage installation.
- 2 Balconies. If you want to take a look at the Athenian Skyline or take a breath of outdoors air, without leaving the apartment, you can get out on one of the balconies. The One is accessible from the Blue and the Pink bedrooms, while the Yellow bedrooms balcony is a private one. Since smoking is not allowed indoors, the balconies are the only places where someone can smoke.
Guest access
The apartment is on the fifth floor of a building, there is access by two elevators and stairs!

Neighborhood highlights
Victoria Neighbourhood is one of the oldest in downtown Athens. It got its name from the homonym Square, in the heart of the neighborhood. The Square was named after Queen Victoria, in her honor, the year 1864. Victoria Square and the surrounding area is full of coffee shops, restaurants, and places serving fast food, which are usually full of students from nearby Universities and Private Schools.
From Victoria Metro Station you can take line 1 which connects the area with all of Athens, Piraeus (Direct connection to the Port) and the Airport (Line 3). There is one stop away from Metro line 2 (Acropolis) and two stops away from Metro line 3 (Monastiraki - Airport).
Within 5-10 minutes walk (depending on walking) are the National Archaeological Museum, Larissa Railway Station (Intercity and Suburban Network, Metro Station Larissa Station - metro line 2), and the KTEL of the Prefecture of Attica. The neighborhood is an area for your stay in Athens. Access to it is easy no matter how you travel. During your stay, you have next to you all the central points of the city, as well as direct access to every side of Attica.

I was born and raised in Athens. I studied Computer Engineering and Electronics at the University of Athens and I am an outgoing personality who likes to travel a lot. I’m a very friendly person and helpful with others, and in my free time I like to organize my next trips.
As a passionate traveler, but also as a Greek woman I have adopted the element of hospitality from an early age. I enjoy meeting pleasant people from all around the world. I like to help and serve them, making their accommodation more comfortable for as long as they stay in my country.
I know for sure all the needs that a simple traveler, a family or a group of friends may have and what I enjoy the most is to see their satisfaction when they leave Greece.
