The space
Middletown Manor was built in 1901 and has been fully updated. You will have use of the entire second floor, which is a spacious 1500 square feet (accessed via a flight of stairs), with a private entrance and parking. There are 2 full baths, but in keeping with the age of the house, one of them will be most comfortable for people of petite stature! The first floor of the building is an office space, also with its own entrance, and no access to the second floor.

Middletown Manor is on a large, tree-shaded lot. Just minutes away is Historic Middletown as well as modern conveniences including a major grocery store, speciality food stores, lots of shopping and numerous restaurants, both chains and independents. The house is about a mile from Crosby Park, which has a tennis court, baseball field and play area for the kids. It's close to the Parklands - a world-class addition to Louisville’s parks system that includes four major parks linked by a scenic park drive, a world-class urban trail system, and a remarkable water trail.
