Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in secure, gated community. Includes pristine community pool, only a 4 minute walk to the beautiful blue flag Playa Hermosa Beach. Home is simply decorated with beautiful Rattan furniture and vibrant colors. Original art, local photos on canvas, as well as wall art and tables of beautiful Guanacaste wood decorate the interior. Large walk-in showers in all 3 bathrooms. Downstairs balcony has large gas grill; upstairs balcony delights with a luscious garden view.

The space
Grill on the lower balcony, or prepare a meal in the well equipped spacious kitchen. Many small appliances: blender, food processor, coffee maker, toaster, citrus juicer, and top grade stainless steel cookware. Home is open concept with vaulted wood ceilings and custom built cabinetry, providing ample storage for longer stays.

Guest access
Our home is a single family home in which guests will not be sharing space with others. The garage is to be used for laundry purposes only as we store a personal vehicle there. Guests also have access to the community pool which has a large picnic table, lounge chairs and an outdoor grill. An easy 4 minute walk to Hermosa beach, you will find several restaurants where you can enjoy leisurely walks, a dip in the ocean, local cuisine, cocktails and amazing sunsets. You will find rentals for jet skis, kayaks, sunset cruises and sport fishing, as well as tours to local attractions.

Other things to note
You will note there may be some pets within the community. These are owned by homeowners. The Gardens HOA does not allow renters to bring pets onto property.

The area has many wonderful restaurant choices from casual to upscale. The best place to watch the sunset is Roberto's on the beach. There are restaurants on the beach that will cook your catch of the day. We will give you lots of dining suggestions. After a stroll on the beach, enjoy some amazing Costa Rican coffee. We are Wesley and Jan Sewell. We have been coming to Playa Hermosa for six years and have fallen in love with the area. That is why we decided to buy a home and host, so that we could spend more time here. I am a retired school teacher and Wes is retired from managing an industrial equipment sales company. Like many of you, we are grandparents, and can only be away from family for limited amounts of time. Wes loves to fish and I love to cook. That makes for a pretty good combination for spending time in Costa Rica. We love walking on the beach and enjoying the friendly encounters with the locals, as well as ex-pats and tourists. Wes is also an avid car enthusiast and I am an avid gardener. We look forward to building relationships with people who love to travel, as we do. As hosts, we want our guests to feel "at home" away from home.
