New industrial style apartment furnished with well thought out Estonian design furniture. The apartment is located in a newly constructed building next to Kultuurikatel or in translation the Tallinn Creative Hub. This is a strategic point to start discovering Tallinn. The Old Town is 4 minutes walk away, quiet seaside 2 minutes walk and a popular neighbourhood Kalamaja is only in a 15 minutes walking distance. The flat is perfect choice for couples, single adventures and conference travellers.

The space
To create unique atmosphere we have used Estonian design furniture like Kaissu, Oot-oot and Talken Design. We chose Estonian design bed from Kaissu as they promise that everything is made with heart. You can truly sense that in this bed which is cuddling you while you are sleeping. Kaissu nightstand and bed are like match made in heaven, there is nothing like natural wood aroma in the room. Oot-Oot armchair is at the same time simple and elegant but also comfortable. From idea to product, the design process of Voog armchair lasted for year and a half which proves that it is the best quality product. Talken Design floor-standing rack made of birch plywood was perfect choice as with unique design it matches with the overall atmosphere. This all may sound engaging on black and white but is even more perfect in real life.

By looking out of the window you can sense the closeness of the seaside. There is a beautiful seaside activity area with a beach in the apartment building neighbourhood, just 3 minutes walk away.
The nearest grocery store Rimi is 5 minutes walk from the apartment building, the address is Põhja puiestee 17. For coffee and beer lovers there is a cosy café Uba ja Humal located near the apartment building (2min walk). As well in the neighborhood you will find Kalamaja suburb Restaurant Moon, located 3 minutes' walk away. There is also new Cafe and Restaurant KOGU Resto ja Pagar which is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment building. In addition there is a great street food Restaurant Uulits in a 5 minutes walking distance. You can just follow your appetite!

I am a father to a beautiful little girl. We love to travel as a family and like to host people when we are at home. I love to cook and to experience the food from other cultures. Every now and then we visit some new restaurant or cafe in town. I like to read motivational books which inspire me to try new things in life. The best travels we have had are the trip to the USA (hiked quite many national parks and loved it) and to the islands like Corfu, Cyprus and Crete. During my traveling I enjoy the privacy and that is the main reason I choose to stay in a villa or apartment with my family. Now I am glad that I have an opportunity to offer the same alternative for others who travel to Tallinn.
