Levering Creek Cottage is a waterfront property with a deep water dock that you can see from the back door. We are located on Levering Creek where you can sit on the dock watching watermen arrive with their daily catch, see nesting bald eagles, watch beautiful sunrise, fish and crab. We are also just steps away from most everything including the ferry.

Our waterfront cottage is located in the village of Ewell on Smith Island steps away from restaurants, gift shops, museum and more. The 2 bedroom 1 bath also has a well maintained yard with bicycles, horseshoes , canoe, kayaks and fishing and crabbing gear that you can use right on our dock.

The cottage is located in a waterman’s community where you will see crabbing boats coming and going daily...in the winter months you can enjoy hunting and fresh local oysters. Smith Island is known for one of the worlds best sunsets not to be missed. The Island has 195 full time residents so when your out and about you will notice people saying hi or waving ....chances are they are local and they will be happy to answer questions or help if you need it
