We also provide a generous "Starter" Supply of the following:

On top of our already rigorous cleaning standards, we also follow Airbnb's Booking Buffer Protocol to create a vacancy period of at least 24 hours between stays.

Our normal check-in of 4pm and check-out of 10am has been extended for your convenience. Please enjoy an early check-in of 1pm AND a late check-out of 1pm for your stay!

• Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM and strictly enforced by the local Police Department.
• No unauthorized events, parties or large gatherings allowed. Only guests listed on rental agreement are permitted to be in or around the property at any time.
• The maximum property occupancy is 10 Guests (including children). No unregistered guests, extra friends, or visitors during your stay without owner’s approval.
• As per local regulations, the Booking Guest agrees to return a Signed Electronic Rental Agreement will full names and date of birth of all Guests in the Rental Party within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be cancelled.
• Booking guest must be over the age of 25 and be willing to provide a copy of their Government ID if requested.
• For groups of unrelated singles: ALL guests in the group must be at least 25 years old and the booking guest MUST have positive reviews from past stays, recommendations from other hosts, and have a verified profile with a clear profile picture. PLEASE DO NOT request to book if you do not satisfy all of these requirements.
• No Third Party Bookings. Booking Guest must be present throughout entire stay. NO Prom/Graduation/Senior Weekend bookings accepted.
• No smoking/vaping or illicit drug use anywhere in, on, or around the premises. Cigarette Smoke Monitoring systems are installed throughout this property. Any sign of smoking/vaping in or around the home will incur a $500 loss of deposit and will be cause for eviction.
• No loud music, yelling, urinating or vulgar behavior in any of the outside areas of the property. Any noise complaint will be cause for immediate eviction without refund.
• NO PETS allowed at any time without Homeowner approval. If a member of the Rental Party or anyone else Guest permits on the property brings a pet into or on the Property, without Homeowner approval, Homeowner has the right to evict any or all members of the Rental Party and other invited visitors and no refund will be issued. Cats are not allowed at any time due to severe allergies. If Homeowner finds that Guest has brought a pet into the home, there will be a minimum $500 cleaning fee charged.
• Outdoor safety surveillance cameras are present around perimeter of the house. Doorbell and 3 exterior cameras record audio/video of the driveway, walkway, back door and front porch areas (exterior only). To protect guest privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. Tampering with cameras in any way will be cause for immediate eviction without refund.
• NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels (decibels) throughout the property. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant, and is installed in this property.
• Areas that are locked, such as Homeowner’s personal storage spaces, for which Guest is not provided a key, are off limits to the Guest. This includes the Garage which is not for Guest use or part of the rental of the home.
• Regardless of age, Guests agree to use bunk beds and ladders at their own risk. Maximum weight limit for top bunk is 175 lbs.
• Although we are child friendly our homes are not baby or child-proof. For liability reasons we do not supply any baby furniture or equipment. Please do not hesitate to bring any extra items you may need to make your stay easier.
• Property is on multiple floors with either a deck or balcony and is not baby or child-proof. It is the responsibility of the Guest to care for and have oversight of babies and/or toddlers on or within the property at all times.
• Non-Refundable Reservation Option: If you chose a discounted rate non-refundable booking, please note that there will be no refunds or rescheduling of any kind for any reason.

Ventnor boasts great restaurants that include Aroma Italian, Pulia Restaurant, Megu Sushi & Yama’s Japanese. Walk to Sack O' Subs for lunch, Mento's for ice cream or Jagielky's for homemade candy. Enjoy the beach activities or the Ventnor City Fishing Pier for a day of fun. Contact Aaaa Bike Shop for rentals and ride the boards from Margate to Atlantic City. We are a short uber or jitney ride to both the Tanger Outlets and the Casinos. Whatever you like to do, we have it all!
