Located on 15 acres this comfortable Guest Suite has it's own private entrance facing the woods as well as a private full bath, queen bed sleeping room and small living room. Available rental of property space for small gatherings of family or friends, gardens, fire pit, deck with covered dining area has a grill for use with room. Owner lives on property and suite is part of main home yet separated with locking doors and private entrance.

Private 15 Acre Area Adjacent to Lieber State Park - 2 miles from Cagles Mill Dam Recreation Area, 7 Miles From State Park, 3 Miles from Park Boat Launch Ramps, 8 Miles from Cataract Falls Recreation Area. Cleared area in woods with bench seating for small gatherings or events. Three different fire pit areas for use. A variety of extras for guest use - tennis rackets, picnic coolers, corn hole boards, yoga mat, kuerig, rain gear, cooking/eating utensils and more!

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use all parts of the property. Walk in the woods, grill out in the outdoor kitchen, have a bonfire in fire pit area and relax knowing the cell phone won't ring out here. We do have 5G wifi for social media and emailing. Landline available for emergency calling. OUTDOOR KITCHEN USE BASED UPON WEATHER - ONLY GRILL IS AVAILABLE IN THE WINTER MONTHS

During your stay
I'm here to help and socialize when needed/wanted. (I live on property) If there's anything you may have left at home, just ask...I am more than happy to share what I have with my guests. I'll even do some laundry or cook you up a meal for you for a little added fee.

Other things to note
There are currently 2 dogs on property - they love to play fetch and there are chuck it sticks with balls in several areas. They will be excited upon your arrival (call ahead and I will put them in house) and then they are over it. They DO NOT bark at night unless there's a really good reason. Be sure to bring your camera and a tripod to set up and video the hummingbirds during their season which is mid April to the end of September. If you are into flowers our season for daylily blooms are mid June to the end of July.
