About this listing
Private room in a gorgeous 1920s craftsman. Quiet, peaceful setting on an acre 4 miles from downtown. A downtown bus stops just outside the front door. And the freeway is a couple minutes away. This large spacious 3 story home is shared with 3 others, the owner and two renters. The room is spacious with lovely light and a large closet. Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, study, and 1000 square foot porch. I need to photograph the room for this listing, but rest assured it is nice and fits the quality and feel of the rest of the home.

Hudson's place was great. Beautiful house located in a quite neighborhood. He and his family were super friendly and great to talk to! The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. They made us feel at home!
My stay in Hudson's home was exactly what I wanted and needed. Hudson and Stacey, Aunt Denise and roommate Anna were so welcoming, kind, interesting and just genuinely good people. I appreciated their warmth and hospitality. The house is gorgeous, my room was very comfortable and the location is ideal for a quick and easy commute to downtown. If you have the opportunity to stay in this home and meet these people, do not let it pass you by. They are wonderful representatives of what the Airbnb community is all about. Thank you Hudson, Stacey, Denise and Anna...wishing you all the best. :)
We stayed with Hudson for 2 nights. The room was exactly as described. The property was located on a quiet residential street and the house is really beautiful and well kept. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. We wish we had a chance to meet and chat with Hudson, but haven't had a chance. Thank you Hudson for opening your house to us!
Hudson and co were incredibly interesting and kind people! Had such a joyful time staying in their beautiful home and would recommend to anyone looking a peaceful warm space.
