Casa Corona is a luxurious multi- level, 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom open air home located within a two minute walk of the finest restaurants, galleries, and shopping downtown Puerto Vallarta has to offer. We also offer the option to rent a minimum of 3 bedrooms if you have a smaller party but still want to experience Casa Corona, please contact us for a quote.

RESPONSIBILITY
The property is NOT a party house. Unlawful activities, including illegal drug use will not be tolerated. Noise curfews affecting nearby properties will be strictly enforced, please be respectful of neighbors - no loud music after 11:00pm. If these policies are not adhered to such as damage to property and belongings, missing items, irresponsible behavior, noise complaints and all other, or if we receive disturbances from the neighbors or property managers you will be asked to leave the property immediately and no refund will be given.

An exceptional place for large family gatherings, the main floor features an expansive great room and an extraordinary gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances and fixtures with optional chef service. Three of the exquisite master suites are located here. Two of the bedrooms share a common veranda overlooking the ocean, the third bedroom features a private garden and soaking tub. The great room overlooks the private grounds featuring the Jacuzzi tub which cascades into the pool. Surrounded by lush native gardens, the grounds are perfect for entertaining friends and family.
Access to the entire villa full of features & amenities. A full kitchen, maid service 3x/week, optional chef service. Outdoor private pool & jacuzzi, roof top terrace, lush/native gardens. The pool area features a half bath and outdoor shower area. Shared/common area's are the kitchen, living/great room with tv, pool & jacuzzi, & roof top terrace.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
We have 2 additional properties next door that can be rented in combination with the villa and can accommodate up to 20 guests total. Please inquire for more details.

SERVICES:
Optional services are available such as transportation to/from airport, optional chef, grocery shopping prior to arrival, spa services at the villa & coordinating activities. Any extra services can be coordinated after booking and will be charged at time of service/upon arrival separate from your reservation costs. Please inquire for more information.

***All renters will be asked to provide a copy of your ID, guest list prior to arrival and sign our short term rental agreement after booking on airbnb, this is for YOUR protection and ours.***

CHEF PRICING:
General pricing below. Frequency can be customized to your liking & custom menu/schedules available upon request.

Chef Jonathan’s services cost an average of $35-65 per person, per day, depending on meal choice. (+ cost of groceries) for 2 full meals.
Chef Jonathan does all of the grocery shopping, meal preparation and clean up.
PRICING: Prices are based in USD and are PER PERSON. Does NOT include ALCOHOL OR TIP. Children under 12 EAT FREE.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is amazing! A very safe area, you are right in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta! Most don't even know the hidden paradise exists behind the casa's doors, making it a very safe neighborhood and private location. Literately just 3 blocks to the beach, fine shopping and cuisine. You will have an authentic mexican experience while still having all of the tourist attractions nearby to experience as well. Right in the center of downtown, you're within walking distance to wonderful five star dining or some of the best taco stands, the Malecon's fun downtown shops, restaurants and bars/nightclubs.
