How Bear Haven Got Its Name? Bears are found frequently in this area & love the Old Oak Tree on the property. OUR CABIN IS IN BEAUTIFUL PINE MOUNTAIN LAKE RESORT & 25 mins from the North gate of Yosemite off the Hwy 120! Our cabin sleeps 10! Professionally decorated by interior designer to give you the feel of Yosemite! 3 phase A/C & Heating System. Watch Deer ,Turkey, Foxes, Bears & other wildlife from the deck. 4bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a game room! Gate access fee $50. a car not included

The space
This space is very open , light and bright, but yet warm and cozy, allowing lots of room for you, your family and guests. Enjoy the wrap around deck to enjoy the nature and lots of deers to watch!!! This wonderful cabin has 2 stories, 2 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms 1 bath downstairs plus a game room with Ping Pong Table! Will Sleep 8 in beds!!! 2 more on futon!! We cannot Guarantee you see a Bear, but can say bears are on our Ring Camera a lot! Always use caution when near any wildlife as wild animals are always unpredictable.
You may need to make reservations to get into Yosemite National park .Please check ahead of time. There is 2 ring flood cameras that operate 24 hrs a day and are located under the deck by trash cans and by the bottom of stairs .One thing to note is that Pine Mountain Lake charges a $50.00 GATE ACCESS FEE to inter the development per car.

Community Pool, Lakes, Fishing, Hiking, Horse Back Riding, Club House, Tennis, Archery, Private Air Strip. River Rafting class 3-5 river 15mins away. There is also a There is a gate access charge into our area of $50.00 per car per 7-night stay that the ranger will collect upon arrival to Pine mountain lake, this is NOT included with your nightly rate. You will have access to the whole house. Please note** some amenities may not be open due to Weather, or renovations. Please call Pine Mountain Lake security to get updated on restrictions.
All Guests first and last names will be needed prior to arrival to register with Ranger as well as a Government picture ID sent to host of booking guest. This must be provided 48 hrs prior to arrival to avoid delay in getting through the gate.
Guests can only use front gate to enter into the community any use of other gates to enter / sneaking in behind other cars may result in a ticket of $500.00 FYI gates have cameras.

Other things to note
Important *You need a reservation for Yosemite Park! Please look at listing pictures for info on making a reservation **Lots of Lake rentals at the Marina, from fishing pools to Kayaks. Great clubhouse with awesome food and ambiance! Groveland is a fun old rustic town to explore! Yosemite north entrance is only 23miles away and is one of the most beautiful places in the world!!
I will need names of all guests staying to register them with the front gate Ranger Station. All Guests 18 years of age or older must have an ID. Any guests that are not on that list will not be able to stay at the cabin. No Exceptions! Ring cameras outside for safety and are recording 24hrs a day , they are located by trash cans under deck and bottom of stairs .Note: We get to see Bears and other wildlife on it. Bears love the trash cans so please be sure to secure all trash.

Neighborhood highlights

Our beautiful area is gated 24hrs a day with Rangers making it very safe!
Ask the Ranger for a map of the area @a $2.00 cost. Lots to do and lots to see!! The village is alive with shops and food!! The Club house is on the Golf Course and has delicious food!! You will love the corner market and the short drive to the north entrance to Yosemite National Park. Covid restrictions may apply, please plan ahead. We do have bears in the area so please be mindful of leaving food out. Check out Mary Zullo Youtube for video of area and cabin

We fell in love with Temecula Wine Country, Gleneden Beach Oregon , Yosemite and Lake Conroe Tx. We now have 6 vacation homes! With a large family of 8 we needed places large enough to house our big family during family vacations. We love being able to share our vacation homes and sharing our secrets in each area! I love mountains and rustic decor so I decorate my Yosemite cabin to feel like you are in Yosemite! Gleneden beach so can hear the ocean waves so my decor is a beach house theme. Temecula Wine Country is decorated in the Modern Farm House theme that I love! We love all the wineries and wine in Temecula and music venues and you can't beat the weather and location from San Diego and LA beaches are just minutes away! We love nature , hiking, and just enjoy being outdoors. Family is everything to us. Creating memories is what life is all about! Why not create memories with renting one of our vacation homes?
