Have you ever dreamed of having a farm?Whether you need a place to rest on the way to your destination, or you need a short vacation in the country, or maybe a quick getaway from the busyness of the city, or a learning opportunity for the entire family, our guest house has everything to accommodate your needs!

The space
Please do note, this house is located in a rural area, therefor cable and wifi is not available at this time. Regardless, why settle for a hotel when we offer so many amenities? Check it out! Two bedrooms with 3 queen beds await you for a good night sleep. The big comfy couch in the living room is perfect for movie night. The dining table can sit 6 or more and is situated in the large open kitchen that has everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Coffee and water, snacks, homemade jam and did you read what our guests say about the fresh eggs from our pasture raised chickens? If you visit in April, our property is in full bloom, smells and looks amazing! But if you book in July, you get to eat blueberries right outside the house. If you come in October you might witness our bonfires to mark the end of the season! And even in the winter months there’s plenty to do on the Homestead! So, come on by! We hope to empower families to become self-sufficient through farming, while enjoying country living and having fun!

Guest access
Our visitors are welcome to walk the property, hike the woods and help with the daily chores if they wish. They are allowed to grill, play music, and be part of any outdoor activity they wish, as long as they are not disturbing the livestock, do not damage the property, and do not disturb the other guests.

Other things to note
This is a working farm and we ask that our visitors follow the rules posted at all times, no exceptions.

Paula and Arcel Dullas are the owners of Panda Homestead. Together since 2009, wanting to better understand the communion between people and nature, driven by the desire to live a more healthier life, and the dream to be farmers, we opened Panda Homestead to learn and teach about sustainable agriculture. We began our journey in the backyard of our house in Norfolk, where we grew our first tomato plant. We were fascinated of how big and how delicious those tomatoes were. Next year we grew cucumbers and several herbs and before we knew it our whole backyard became a vegetable garden. We found out that we are allowed to have chickens, and we purchased four hens that produced eggs for us and our family and friends. We then understood that we don’t have to rely on the grocery stores to provide our food for us and we learned how to preserve everything we were producing. We realized our backyard just wasn’t big enough for the goals we were setting for ourselves. We wanted to be able to raise animals, grow vegetables and fruits and be able to live off our land. It took us close to three years to find our homestead. Once we moved and started living our dream, we quickly came to the realization that we want to teach others about this lifestyle and hopefully empower everybody to be more self-sustainable, while enjoying country living and having fun.
